Crops
You can purchase crops from Liz at Spring Farm, where stock changes depending on the season. Seeds fall in a 3x3 square around you, covering nine squares in total. Crops don't need to be watered on rainy days. Crops have three different ranks, low quality, medium quality, and high quality. There are also three types of soil, sandy soil, normal soil, and fertile soil. Sandy soil is towards the beach, lowers profit and growth, whereas fertile soil is nearby watery areas, and increases profit and growth. Any soil can be turned into fertile soil by applying fertilizer to it, which upgrades it by one rank at a time permanently. Fertilizer is available after shipping at least ten limestone at Spring Farm.
