In Rune Factory Frontier you will have a choice of 12 girls to ask to be your bride. Each girl has a very distinct sequence of events you must go through before you can get her hand in marriage, which range from simple to exceedingly difficult.

Courtship Basics

It takes more than a little work to raise the LP of all of the girls in this game, so pay attention to these pointers:

• Giving gifts is essential. Find out what your girl likes and exploit it as best as you can.
• Talk to her more than once a day. She may say things that lead up to important events or ask you questions that may allow you to raise her LP even more.
• Befriend Cinnamon to learn about Constellations. You can experience a unique constellation event for each girl, which always results in an LP increase as well as some other goodies.
• Be aware of birthdays and do not let them go unexploited
• Give her accessories! She'll wear them around and show off if you do :> Just remember there's no way to remove them once you've given it, so be careful with this.
• When her LP is high enough, you'll be able to give her a cute swimsuit. She'll wear this from then on when she's at the beach
• In the case of Lara, be VERY aware of you health. Fainting for any reason results in a drastic loss of LP for her.
• Winning any festival will give you a boost of LP and FP for all the maidens, so you might want to save before attending festivals to ensure your victory

Dating

A great aspect of the courtship system is getting to ask girls out on dates. This will be the only time where you can propose marriage. Once your heroine is at 8 LP or higher, you'll be able to ask her out for a date. There are certain requirements for certain girls, however. For Mist you must have completed the main storyline, for Anette her chain of events must have been complete, Uzuki must not be feuding with Tsubute, and the Irises must live in town. They will always choose a specific date for each season. They are as follows: 13th of Spring (flower viewing), 19th of Summer (visit to the lake), 19th of Fall (looking at the autumn colors) and 24th of Winter (Night of the Holies). If she has 9 LP or higher, she'll make a special snack for you! Don't miss or be late your date, or you'll be in a world of hurt!

Marriage

To get married you must have completed the following requirements:

• Have 10 LP with the girl of your choice
• Have the 2nd House Upgrade and purchase Big Bed from Lute
• Have cleared the girl's heart events completely
• You'll need a wedding bouquet to propose, and to make it you'll need:
  • Lvl 20 or above Crafting Skill
  • To have acquired the recipe from Stella after any girl reaches 9 LP
  • Ingredients: Baleen, Green Grass, Moondrop Flower, Toy Herb Flower, Pink Cat Flower, Blue Rose
  • To get the Baleen, go to the beach to find a Tide cluster shining on the shore. Bring it in your rucksack to Whale Island sometime after the whale told you he wants to swim in the ocean. You'll get Baleen in return. You can do this as many times as you need.
  • To get Blue Rose, talk to Ganesha and she will give you a White Rose. Put it into Seed maker, then plant it. After it blooms, wait for 2 days more, the white flower will turn blue. Be careful you don't have a monster on harvesting or it will collect them before they can change.
• On date with her give her the wedding bouquet at the correct time.
• On a side note, giving the wedding bouquet to a non-marriageable villager can result in some funny moments. Click Here for a video of some of these

After marriage your wife will make you lunch everyday and her schedule will change completely, as well as the background music in your house. She will also kiss you goodbye everyday when you first leave the house. Remember you anniversary, as you can ask her out on a date that night! Don't forget a flower present for the date.

30 days after marriage your wife will become pregnant. Remember that you must go to bed before 10 PM if you want the scene to occur. Your child will be born 60 days after this. You can choose if you'd like a boy or a girl once your wife tells you she's pregnant, however there is no birth scene. The wife just wakes up with the baby in her arms. For one full season the child will do nothing but lie in bed or your wife's arms all day long. After the season is up, it will move to the floor downstairs where you can talk with it to raise its affection. You cannot give it presents however. After two more seasons the child will be full grown. Now you can give him/her presents, homemade toys, and he or she will follow you around the town whenever you step outside of the door.
