Felicity is the daughter of the towns mayor. She is always trying to think of ways to help the town. She is kind and hardworking. She contacted a mysterious illness, but still tries her best despite her sickness. She is a marriage candidate.

Daily Schedule
Monday - Friday: Weather doesn't matter. She will be in her room from 6AM to 8:59AM, and in Neuman's shop from 9AM to 6PM. Then she returns to her room.
On Celebration days & most festivals, she will be in the town square from Noon. On rainy celebration days, she stays in her house (I think).
Friendship Points
Talk to her. Giving her lots of cookies on the Spring Thanksgiving day can raise her LP to 10 hearts on that day. Accepting chocolate from her on the Winter Thanksgiving day will raise her LP by one. Talking to her on the Sacred Night will raise her LP by two, and inviting her on a date on the Moon Viewing day will raise her LP by two.
Proposal
Read the book about the cursed stone in the library. On a rainy day, talk to Cecilie in the library, and she will mention that she gave a stone to Felicity about a year ago. Evidently, it was a cursed stone, and is the reason behind Felicity's illness. Go talk to Felicity when she is in her room, and she will give you the stone. Give it to Ed, who will immediately recognize what it is and dispose of it. Go back and talk to Felicity again, who will thank you for getting rid of the stone. Then, once you've met the general marriage requirements, propose to Felicity when she is in the town square. This is the dialogue.
Felicity: Raguna I...I...
Option 1: Marry me Felicity.
Raguna: Felicity, will you marry me?
Felicity: What? Do you mean it?
Raguna: Of cause I mean it.
Felicity: Raguna, I loved you ever since you helped me get better.
I'm so happy.
Raguna: Felicity, I'll make you a happy woman.
Felicity: I believe you Raguna.
From there, you proceed to the ceremony.
Option 2: I'm sorry.
Raguna: I'm sorry, I think I misled you.
Felicity: Is... Is this true? Gasp!
Good bye Raguna.
After you are married, Felicity will give you a choco cookie every morning.
