Sharron is a mysterious women who spends her time around ruins. She doesn't socialize with the rest of the townspeople. She is very interested in the monster Grimoire.

Daily Schedule
Sharron spends almost all of her time in front of the ruins. Rain, shine, or snow, festival or no festival, she will always be outside of the ruins (west of your farm) from 6AM to 9PM. From 9PM on, she is in the inn. The only exception are Wednesdays, when she actually goes inside the ruins. She doesn't go very far, though.
Friendship Points
The easiest way to raise her LP and FP are by giving her Fire and Wind Crystals. These crystals are easily found if you break rocks in the Clemmens cave (the volcano) and in the ruins. You can get her to 10 FP and 10 LP in a single day if you have enough of those things with you! Accepting chocolate from her on the Winter Thanksgiving day will raise her LP by one. Talking to her on the Sacred Night will raise her LP by two (probably), and inviting her on a date on the Moon Viewing day will raise her LP by two.
Proposal
When you defeat the Giganto Mountain boss, Gurimoa, you will receive some scales. Give those scales to the blacksmith, Leo, who will fashion a sword out of them. It will take him a few days. The sword is an item, [i]not[/i] a weapon. Give the Gurimoa Sword to Sharron to propose. (An odd proposal item... What kind of country is Sharron from??) Here's a (very rough) translation of the dialogue, or at least the meaning of the dialogue, when you propose. (The main character is "Laguna," since that seems to be the most popular way to romanize his Japanese default name.)
Sharron: I always dreamed I would be proposed to with this sword. Laguna...
Laguna: Sharron...
(Option 1: "Marry me.")
(Option 2: "I just came to show you the sword.")
(Option 3: "....Well, I'm going home.")
(Choose Option 1.)
Sharron: Everyone in towns says that I'm a strange person. I have interest in only the ruins.
Laguna: That's fine. After all, that's the Sharron I fell in love with.
Sharron: ......I'm happy. Finally... I have something other than the ruins to dream about.
Laguna: Yes.
Sharron: Well... Shall we go?
From here, you go to the ceremony.
After marriage, Sharron will give you doughnuts every morning.
