Cecilia appeared in the original Rune Factory as a child. She instantly likes the main guy because he reminds her of Raguna the first Rune Factory protagonist. She works as maid for the richest family in town. She is very good at cooking and cleaning. She loves shiny expensive jewels. She is half elf. She lives in the inn and the innkeeper's son Jake is in love with her. She will marry him if you do not.
