| Well, the weather is pretty crap at the moment. It is either too windy, too rainy or both. The prospects of flying at the weekend are looking remote. The forecast is saying rain. With no flying on the horizon I have had plenty of time to edit NTSC footage shot on Andre's camcorder. This is now in the form of a DVD (along with some converted PAL footage from earlier in the year). I have put together a menu screen with music, a background and three video shorts. The quality is very good, far superior to VHS. I have also figured out how to convert from PAL to NTSC so I can put older footage onto DVD from my Swiss/French/Welsh flying.
With my camera out of action I am happy that Andre has leant me his, but now that the weather is crap there is nothing to film. It is now three weeks since I had a decent flight. I need my fix! |
