I recently received an e-mail from Jason, my brother. The
giste of it was this DON'T ATTEMPT OVER THE NOSE SPIRAL DIVES WITHOUT
TRAINING.
An 'over the nose' spiral dive is one where the leading
edge is parallel to the horizon and pointing straight down. Since footage of
this type of manoeuvre is included on the video page I thought it a good idea to
pass this warning on.
Don't blame me if you don't read this.... WARNING!
More flying at the weekend means my log book for powered
paragliding is filling up quicker than a midget's wellies in a paddling pool!
I'll soon be training for my instructor rating, before being let loose on my
own. Thanks Andre for giving me this great opportunity to follow my passion |
