Annecy Trip 2007 - 1st day
After 24 hours of travelling I arrived in Annecy with Jason. We took the first day easy, but managed some good flying on the first real day of flying.
The week prior to the trip proved to be a bit entertaining. Somehow I managed to get bursitis of my elbow, which also got infected. Fortunately the local walk in clinic got me fixed up pretty quick. After four sessions of IV antibiotics, oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory pills my arm was 'good enough' just in time for the trip. Unfortunately I discoverd a mouse had chewed through my speed bar line and piss all over my harness, which was being stored in the basement. So now I am flying a stinky harness with a dodgey elbow.

With low cloud base and sporadic thermic activity it was challenging reaching Les Dents, but not impossible.
