People just want their new fancy shooters now-a-days. I almost want to say that we should add more discussion forums outside of HM to draw in more people but that defeats the purpose of the site. If this ever happens I say we add series which are simulation games as well. Eg. Survival Kids/Lost in Blue, River King and possibly Sims games or Animal Crossing. |

I've been on this site for over eight years now, and I can honestly say that I can never truly "leave" this place. Somehow or someway, I always come back. Maybe it's just the people here who really make Ranch Story what it actually is?
At the moment, the only thing I can think about that would make this place better would be a complete revamp of the forums/homepage. Maybe a new skin? Get rid of some of the useless subdivisions? Make this place more about HM rather than a chat site? I honestly can't think of anything that would keep this place from bleeding out. |

I thought of this as I was laying in bed last night.
When you go to the forum home, why are all of the Harvest Moon topics pushed down towards the bottom of all the different forums? I know that a few of the topics appear once you become more of a veteran, but this is a Harvest Moon forum, so shouldn't that mean that all the Harvest Moon topics should be more towards the top? :/ |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif) The main reason this site still exists is because of all those extra forums. The Pokemon forum really helped this place from going under... |

I was hoping we'd get some big awesome breakthrough, but I guess not.
We should all at least keep trying to make even just one post a day. And post games doesn't count, haha. |

I don't care much for the post games section. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) Everybody just posts there and it has no point. I vote for at least moving it out of Town Square so I can see when the Bar has new posts for a change. >_>

The bar is clearly the only place to be.

I've hardly ever posted in the bar, so it's clearly not the only place to be.
(I got all my posts from the old Steiner Fanclub, but I doubt any of you youngsters remember that. :) |

I do wish that this place would get alot more attention. With all the work that has gone into it, it deserves to have much more credit than it actually gets.

I feel like the wiki should be the one thing that boosts the activity of this website. You never know though, there could be tons of people using the wiki. They may just decide not to use the forums.

People may use the wiki as anonymous. I know that's how I use the Glee Wiki.

Uh, lots of post. I'll skip out for now, but... Lesse wiki, wiki...
If that's the case, I can add to the Innocent Life area. Not many of the members seem to have that one and it's pretty empty. |

If you have information on Innocent Life that'd be pretty useful. 'cause yeah, I'm pretty sure no one here even gave it a second look.

I'll have you know that the whole reason I became a site contributer was because I had information for Innocent Life, I loved that game, it was really unique. I can add what info I have to te wiki on all the games. I do own them all.

I know some people on Fogu are still interested in dialogue. I could mention the Wiki's collection and that might generate a little interest.

It really saddens me to see RS like this, not many people posting and I know I haven't been really active, I do check in every once in a while though...
The only thing I could do is put a link in my signature on some other forums that I frequently go on, they have no issue with having links to other sites/forums in signatures. Other then that not much I can do, I hope someone thinks of something to get this place active again. |
