Well, while she admitted that she was jealous of my looks (even though she is just drop dead gorgeous when she's thinner or even just with some make-up), the reason why she's pissed is because she's kickin' it with her druggy friends and said something at one point or another about becoming a hooker. I think it bothered her that I was always so accountable to my folks. Not by force, but by personal choice. Didn't let her do the things she wanted to do.

So, your ex-friend wants to be a hooker and is mad at you for being a good person?

Pretty much. That's what I take from it. I told her it was ridiculous and whatnot. So she dropped me. It's like one of those teenage girl dramas where they have no self-esteem and start making what are probably idle threats.

I could care less if half the people here aren't American, and even less watch American Idol, but I COULD CARE LESS. EEEESQUEE. I saw their live concert last night uptown and stood at the barricades afterwards to make them sign my ticket and shirt and just oogle their awesome. 8D I'm still kind of in awe of it all. I mean, I made eye contact with Adam Freaking Lambert. And got touched by Michael Sarver and Matt Giraud. <3333 But I have pictures, toooo!

- Allison Iraheta came right up to us (that's my grey t-shirt in hand off to the right) and was talking to the little boy next to me because he'd talked to her sister (who was amazingly on our side of the barricades and was in front of me earlier) and had gotten dehydrated, so she like came up and chatted with him. Such a sweetheart.

- Allison & my friend Olivia whom I went to the concert with. I should also mention Charlotte uptown seems to have quite a few roaches. When one crossed Allison's path, she freaked, jumped around, and did a little bug dance! So classic. And yet she somehow escaped before I could get her signature. ]:

- Lil Rounds came out first after performing a successful set including Single Ladies and possibly had the most clear signature of them all. I liked her make-up that matched her purple dress.

- Kris Allen teasing the screaming crowd by wasting time brotherly hugging some guy just inside the arena doors. He came out surprisingly early and really must have loved all the attention. At one point, he practically crowd-surfed horizontally in the sea of waving teen-girl hands. Including the most annoying girl next to me.

- Kris getting mobbed by fans asking things to be signed. The line behind the barricade was about four people thick (I was at the front), and everyone was pushing and moshing around anyone walking by. People were even crazier when Adam (the obvious favorite of the night) came around.

- Scott MacIntyre ('s legs here) was the only other Idol Finalist that I didn't get a signature from besides Allison. I blame his handler (his brother) who navigated him away from like half the barricades and totally skipped everyone in the middle and one end, then took him in early. Boooo. But he did have a relatively good performance.

- Anoop (NOOPNOOPNOOP) Desai had an amazing homecoming last night (he's from Chapel Hill) and gave a stellar performance, to which I started the infamous deep-throated NOOPNOOP chant in the arena (so proud). He was my favorite in the very beginning before being replaced by Adam.

- Adam Lambert. The one who should have won, even though it still feels like he did. <3 So many people were screaming when he came out, and who wouldn't after seeing his heart-thumping, bra-throwing (gotta love those front-row women), arm-waving, pelvic-thrusting godliness that was his set. When he came by to sign my Adam Lambert shirt, I fawned like a beast.

- To continue my Adam story, he came right up while I just stared at him, smiling like a fool, and he made eye contact. EYE CONTACT. I nearly DIED. With his little nonchalant smile and airy voice when one girl asked him to stop for a picture. "Sorry guys; I've gotta get to everybody!" Eeeee. I'm never washing that shirt EVER.

- Danny Gokey signing some stuff. Guh did his performance urk me. A) he can't dance, so he should never have attempted to "dance" to Maria Maria, including straddling the micstand, B) why sing two Rascal Flatts songs in a row? Especially when Rascal Flatts is performing in Charlotte the same night?, C) Such a buzzkill after Allison's Baracuda and before Adam's awesomeness.

- This proves I was there, at least. 8D Matt Giraud, Olivia & I. AND SEE THAT ARM? YEP. Touching me. Yes. <3 Even if I think Matt has a vague resemblance to Justin Timberlake, Adam Pascal and Will Smith (weird combo). He was pretty funny, too, from what I heard of him talking to people around us.

I was kind of sad our picture with Sarver didn't come out, but just imagine the Matt picture with that big teddy bear Michael standing in his place, touchin' my arm. With his koot southern hospitality. "Can we have a picture with you?" "Yes, ma'am." <33 *sigh* But anyway, it was a great night full of music, screaming, gorgeous performers that are unconceivable to imagine standing a foot away from you, and utter joy. Mmm. Still so amped from it all. :]

Lol, I was on a highway, and the road was straight for a good mile or so. Don't worry, I'm safe when I do those kinds of things. X) I was nervous as heck trying to take that picture though. Do you know how hard it was to get my needle to be at 100 on the nose like that? Haha. As for my age, it's in my profile. I'm 22.
