Hi All!

After reading the Q&A thread, it seems my questions were still unanswered, and it was a bit difficult to follow. So here's my questions...

1. I keep seeing people mention that they've beaten the first dungeon - is that the monster area on Whale Island just past the beanstalk? If so, how do you "beat" it?
2. Does this game have a centrally driving plot similar to Tree of Tranquility? If so, how does one start it?
3. Do you need to buy a forge area to buy a forge?
4. Is having a forge the only way to upgrade your tools?

I'm sure there's others, but those are the pressing ones for the moment.

1. No, you have to get the sycthe from Erik to cut down the weeds in front of Mist's house.
2. I'm not sure, but it doesn't start after the first dungeon.
3. No.
4. Yes.

Mostly - You get the sickle just by talking to Erik until he gives it to you, right? And if anyone else has story type info that would be appreciated.
