The most I've heard X-Seed talk about Harvest Moon is when they said that they were not going to be doing the HM series, just the Rune Factory one. Now, about the brick thing...knocking them unconcsious might not be wise. But I say we form a HUGE mob, and then swarm in, tell them to, "Take us to your leader, Weaklings!", and steal the guy in charge. We make a trade off -- a very good, non-glitchy, limited (if any) typos, and quickly translated EAM, for their boss. It's brilliant, no?

The children tend to have slightly darker hair than the spouse. Kathy's son looks like he has dirty blond hair, like a combo of her's and one of the male protagonists'.

I think it's safe to say that the God, Goddess, Wizard, and Witch will keep their names...Well, I dunno about the names they tell you when you get married, because I've never really read them, but you get my point. If they change the title Witch to Sorceress and Wizard to Sorcerer, THEN Natusme REALLY has issues....>->

Leena was Renee in ToT, and I think that's a fine name for her. So is Maya (Mai), Anissa (Anise), Selena (Sheila), Luna (Roomi), and Phoebe (Pat). I'm not entirely sure how I feel about Kotomi being changed to Candace, though. And Natsume simply switching the 'c' in Cathy's name to a 'k' is hilarious.

If I had control over the names, I'd have jokingly named Roomi "Rini". Y'know, like Sailor Mini-Moon. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)



I'm glad Natsume didn't change Luke's name in ToT. I still can't believe they changed Eric to Elliot in IoH, so any more unnecessary changes would've killed me. >.>
I dunno, I kinda like the name Owen, I think it's nice. Same with Toby (Tao), Julius, and Chase. Natsume only added an extra 'l' in Gil's name, and thankfully also kept Calvin's.

I also like that they named Won "Jin" in ToT, because he already looks a LOT like Jin from Samurai Champloo, so them having the same name makes it all the more awesome. If they ever make an anime based on the ToT and EAM games, Kirk Thornton should do Won's voice in the English dub. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)



The Wizard's real name is Gale, the Witch's is Vivi, Goddess's is Cefia, and God's is Ignis. We already figured that they'd change Gale's, since it's too close to Gil's name. Same with Vivi being too close to Vivian. We hope that they keep them, though--at least, disregard Gale and Gil being a bit similar, and changing Vivian's name instead (since some won't have her in their file, anyway). And if they decide to change Cefia's and Ignis's, then maybe make Ignis "Atesh" and Cefia "Talia" or something.

And they've already kept the Witch Princess's name in other games, so keeping the Witch and Wizard the same shouldn't be a problem for them.

I agree with Sammy. the only name that I wouldnt agree with Natsume on is Candace.
other than that I think they did a FANTASTIC job. especially compared to other games.

and with the Gale/Vivi thing.
we think Gale and Gill are too close and because of that they cant keep Gale (Cuz obvioulsy they cant change Gill.)
and with Vivi, since neither her nor Vivian exist yet we're hoping for the better,
and let Vivi stay but change Vivian to like, Veronica or something.
but Vivi is less common than Vivian and will most likely be the name thats changed...
oh well..

Maya... its just the american version of Mai. I liked Mai better, but Natsume isnt big on keeping Japanese names.
and Anissa sounds way prettier than Anise.

I never said I didn't like their names. I just remember that when they DID change their names, like Won to Jin, there was a huge uproar. So I got kinda confused and thought that most people hated all the name changes. Acually, I like the English ones and a lot of times I don't even know who people are talking about if they use the Japanese ones...
