Sheep milk...? How could sheep give milk? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) Beats me, but they do. When I was at the animal festival, I saw sheep milk and sheep cheese, and sheep butter. So I was O_O and went home and milked the sheep (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) Milk came out! But I'm milking it now, while it has wool, and I don't get milk. I dunno. |

QUOTE (Charmy @ Nov 7 2008 @ 11:57 PM) O_O Are you sure you didn't get anything wrong? Actually, I think sheep's milk-type stuff isn't all that uncommon in the real world, either...I know some Medditerranean-ish recipies usually use sheep's milk cheese instead of goat's/cow's milk cheese because of its robust and unique flavor. :D http://www.365cheeses.com/images/034_cacio_de_roma.jpg ...Yeah, I watch too much Food Network. D: But I think it's really cool that you can milk sheep now! Makes the game all the more realistic...I remember asking my sister when she was playing ToT recently, "Wouldn't it be awesome if we could get sheep's milk-type stuff?" XP |

Sh-sh-SHEEP MILK? I personally never heard of (nor tried, obviously) sheep milk...Then if the sheep gives both milk and wool, does that mean it's now the most profitable animal in the game? o_o

Assuming what Cirno said is true, you can only milk sheep after they have been sheared, so basically, you get Sheep's Milk three days, then wool on the fourth day, and then you start the cycle all over again.

Assuming what Cirno said is true (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) That's funny, but only because I know about Cirno. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) Anyways, here you go. For all you naysayers (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v357/JamChii/P1010267.jpg) If you babelfish ヒツジミルク, you get sheep milk. And so I decided to run a test to see when you can get sheep's milk, and if it having wool gets in the way. And from what I concluded, wool doesn't get in the way, and you can milk your sheep every 3 days. Monday Fur No Milk Tuesday No Fur No Milk Wednesday No Fur Milk Thursday No Fur No Milk Friday Fur No Milk Saturday Fur No Milk Sunday Fur Milk Monday Fur No Milk Tuesday Fur No Milk Wednesday Fur No Milk* Thursday Fur Milk That was the test schedule. You'll notice from Sunday to Thursday, it's four days. Well, on Wednesday, my sheep became ridable so I rid it, and it ended back up in the barn, as opposed to staying outside and grazing, so it missed food for one day, thus delaying the milk one day. During this testing, I also found out you have to completely treat your animals nicely, else they'll get sick. I fed my cow everyday, but it still got sick, and Kapara came back and got pissed at me, after giving my animal medicine. Then he gave my chick medicine because it was sick too. I dunno how many times he does it. So about animal care. They have 3 levels of happiness. They have a black twister-like icon, which means unhappy, no icon which is normal or ok, and a green note which means they're happy. Each action raises it's level by one. Petting, riding, milking, brushing, feeding. So you can't just feed them and be on your way, unless you don't care that they die. And unlike ToT, if you let your animals out to graze, they don't go back inside. I remember in ToT, if you leave them outside, they go back inside when the next day starts if you don't ring the bell. In WakuAni, if you leave them outside, they stay outside. And again, I don't know why my sheep gets pissed when I cut off it's wool >.> |

Yeah, you can get sheep milk. >.>
It doesn't sell for as much as cow milk or goat milk though. |

So Juli is already asking if I want another kid (IMG:style_emoticons/default/weirdsmile.gif) Jeez...
If you say "not yet" it will lower the spouse's heart level. Though, at least now I get to see his 18-heart line... I accidentally skipped over it... I'll post updates with 2nd kid info soon. |

Hey Nurse, do you know what the buttons for the animal race does? I'm on the classic controller and I know R is the baton. What does it do, and what do A and B do?

Nurse, are you planning on covering any of the events with any other spouses? I'm not trying to urge you to, or anything. I was just wondering ^^
