Hmm... here's a good question. I need to know where to download it. Where I'm at is asking for my personal information... real personal. Is there a place that will just let me download it, and no questions asked?

EDIT: Woot! Found it! Ok, well wish me luck hahah!
EDIT2: Ahhh great! Ok, might need some help here hehe. Any tips on what to watch or a site to go to, to help me? Or... something hahah (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I want a picture of something on top of a fire kinda thing in the background. How do I do that?

Hmm... I'm not sure I know of any place, yet. I mostly learned everything I know from messing around with it.

Well, if I were you here's what I would do.
First I'd mess around with the Clouds(effects, render, clouds), changing the colors you have changes what the clouds look like, so maybe if you put red and orange, or something, it might look like fire. It would probably look really cool is if you make the fire looking clouds, then create a new layer, go to the new layer and use the Julia Fractal(right under clouds).

Definitely create a new layer(click on the papers with a plus sign on them, should be in the bottom right corner), you'll need at least two, one for the fire(below) and one for whatever it is that is going on top(above).

Now either you can draw whatever it is you want yourself, or you can find a picture to use, if you're going to use a picture go ahead and find one, then open it when you already have your background picture up, it should open along side the picture you already have up(in the top right corner), you can switch which you on by clicking on them. Get rid of the background using the eraser tool, if the background is one solid color(including white) you can use the magic wand tool, which will make it so that whatever color you click on is the only part of the picture that is affected. If it doesn't seem to be getting all of the background then upper the Tolerance %.
Once all the background is gone you can copy the picture by using the select tool, once you've selected it press Ctrl+C
then go over to your background picture make sure you on the layer you want the thing to be on and press Ctrl+V, the thing should pop up, and you will instantly be on the move tool, so go ahead and move it wherever you want it.

Okay I think that should do it... Hopefully I made it so you could understand.

Correct, I have a background, and it's soo awesome if I may say hehe. Anyhoo next step would be placing it over top the background. Hope I can do that...

Haha! I hope to see it soon.

It's really not that difficult, all you have to do is get rid of any background it may have, copy it, then paste it. Just make sure you paste it on a different layer then your background.

Sounds like this program is a lot like Photoshop, except you were able to get it for free which is awesome. Even though I do nearly everything in Paint, I sometimes bust out Photoshop to do finer details or if I take an existing picture and mess with it.

Well, you'll have to take the picture away... Go to Image, Resize, put whatever number you feel would be best, then put the picture back.

I believe the easiest way to do that would be to upload it onto photobucket.
