Clair and the others heard it, but didn't pay any attention, they were all crying. Then the twins came up to them
Bella:" Momma Wat wrong?"
Jason:" We heard you crying all the way in the house!"
Gray:" Erverythings ok, go play."
The Twins:" Ok."

Murrey woke up in the forest during the storm. He felt weak and light headed, and he was soaked from head to toe with rain. He ached all over, as if he had been smashed repeatedly against a rock.
He had no memory of the night before. Whenever he tried to remember what had happened, his mind went blank.
Murrey picked himself up and began to stagger in the direction of his cottage. He glanced at his hand and noticed to his astonishment that he was very pale, as if he had lost a lot of blood.
Which he had.

It was only when he went to his mirror to shave that Murrey noticed the two small scars on his neck.

Clair and the others were all inside when there was a knock at the door.It was............

( Hafusel, you finish who was at the door and WHY IS EVERYONE DIEING???")

(Uh... Murrey isn't dead. Nobody is, except Mark, and that was ages ago. And Cliff and Anne had to go, I'm afraid. But they weren't major characters anyway. :p)

They opened the door, revealing Mayor Thomas. He was holding a small leather ball.

Thomas: "Excuse me, Claire, but is this the ball I gave you for your dog? You appear to have lost it..."

Gray:" Ok Thomas, good bye!" He slamed the door in his face, Gray didn't care very much for him.
Clair:" Bella, come here please."
Bella:" Yes momma?"
Clair:" Take this to the puppy in your room."
Bella:" Ok."

A few days later, Vesta came to announce that the Harvest Festival would be held tomorrow.
Claire went to check the food stores.

Claire: "Looks like we've got some pretty good yams here. We should donate some of them."

Grey: "And we still have some potatoes from last spring, and a few pumpkins..."

Claire: "What should we choose?"

Gray:" Lets go with the fresh Yams."

Clair:" Good Idea.''

The Harvest Festival was on a warm day, with the sun shining down. All the villagers were there, and Claire even thought she saw a glimpse of Eden among the crowd waiting to donate food. Murrey seemed especially happy to have so much food around him.
Finally everybody dropped in their food, and began to eat. The stew would have been lovely, but there was a horrible bitterness that suggested White Mushrooms. Spitting out her portion, Claire was almost sick.

She garbbed Bella and Jason and told them to spit it out. Gray did the same. And soon everyone was sick.

Vesta:" Who but White Mushrooms in the Stew????"
Clair:" Jason Bella are you ok."
Bella:" Momma, I fell really sick."
Jason:" So do I."
Gray:" Well I'm glad that Karen Jack and Fabian didn't come."

In his cottage, Eden was chuckling. It was good to have a joke now and again. Of course, the villagers would all blame each other, and it would be oh so much fun to watch.

Gray: "Whos dish was that?"
Vesta: "I think it was Daryls."
Hugh: "Daryl is out of town. It can't be him."

Clair wispers to Gray:" Could it have been...*Cough* Eden?"
Gray:" I didn't see him."

Just then Bella and Jason collapsed. Coughing.

However, all the other villagers were convinced that Daryl had snuck in and made the stew so awful.

Vesta: "Let's teach him a lesson!"

Back in their tower, the Witch and her husband were giggling as they looked into their cauldron, seeing the angry villagers.

Daryl hid under his covers, trembling. He could hear the angry villagers outside.

Leia: "Daryl, I know it wasn't you. You aren't creative enough to have- I mean, you're too nice to have poisoned the stew. So go and tell them you're innocent.

Daryll: "Uh... I'm still not convinced..."

Leia: "I'll bake you some cookies if you do..."

Daryll: "OKAYI'MGOINGGOODBYESEEYOUINAMINUTECOOKIESCOOKIESCOOKIES" *rushes out*

Leia: "Boy, he sure loves cookies... Perhaps slightly more than is healthy."

Clair ran to the Witch Princess and Eden's house, while Gray picked the twins up and headed home to give them some medicine that his grandpa tought him how to make when Gray had eaten some mushrooms when he was little,

As Daryll stood in front of the villagers, people were throwing bits of wasted vegetable at him.

Vesta: "Serves you right for poisoning us!"

Daryll: "Uh... It wasn't me! Honest!" *gets hit by mushroom*

Discovering that neither Witch Princess or Eden were home, Claire went back to her house. Soon, there was a knock on the door. Claire opened it.

Claire: "Skye? What are you- UHNK!"

If anyone had been watching the house that evening, they would have seen a shadowy figure creep away into the darkness, with Claire unconscious over his shoulder.

Gray thought that it was Chelsea coming to see Clair, becouse Clair didn't come back inside he thought she and Chelsea whent to the bar, or to see if Vesta had found the person who put the mushroom in the stew. Gray kept his attention to the twins.

Meanwhile, Jack and Karen were stressed. Baby Fabian kept on crying for some reason, which was incredibly unlike him.
Soon there was a knock at their door. It was Grey.

Grey: "Come quick! Claire's gone missing!"

*insert dramatic music*

Jack:" What!!!? "
Karen:" Do you know anything?"

The twins stood beside Gray, Bella was starting to tear up.

Karen:" Oh Bella." She walked over to her and gave her a hug " Gray I will take the twins and Fabian to Vesta and tell her what has happened to get everyone looking for Clair"
She picked up Fabian and walked over to the twins "Come." They Followed Karen to Vesta's.

Jack and Gray were getting ready to serch the town. Lilly fallowed right behind them in screct. She may have only been 3 years old but she wanted to do all the stuff the grown ups did.
