To the moderators:
Will someone allow me to change my personal photo? I can't change it yet. It said the moderator hasn't enabled you to use this yet or something like that. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)

Your supposed to do that upon joining the site speeds up you getting proviliges and proves your not a bot.
