So, who here ever actually bothered making jewelry and giving it out as a gift, especially on a regular basis? Seems like a bit of a hassle to me, especially in games like BTN or MM. I always found there were easier, less expensive and troublesome gifts to give to people I liked, for the same gain in friendship.

I'm just curious because, again, in certain games like MM and BTN, I never knew anyone who actually really bothered with jewelry gifts.

I usually give the simplest gift to candidates, like flowers or a really easy-made gift. Then with the rest of the villagers I normally just talk to them unless I need friendship levels to unlock something quick. I only make jewellery if I feel like it.

I usually only made jewelry for my wife's birthday or anniversay, otherwise she just got the usual flower.
