More Rune Factory Frontier Help, How do I progress? Options

So, I'm in fall,haven't completed a dungeon(I don't know how to), I met Iris Blache and she said something about the gate, but it's still close. How do I progress further in the game?

The first dungeon you beat is Green Ruins.

Talk to Mist a lot she is ask you to clear grass in front of her house. Use the Sickle to cut it and you'll reveal the entrance to a dungeon. Get to the bottom floor of the dungeon and you'll have to beat a boss. After you beat the boss you can move on to the next dungeon.


To open that gate you have to befriend Iris, grow to second beanstalk, and climb it on a holiday. You will see a guy walk out of Iris's tower and leave through the gate. Take to her and she'll say that is her friend. The gate will be unlocked after that. You might have to beat the first dungeon. I don't exactly remember how to get it to happen.
