My brother's been saying that Harvest Moon became lame when the game became about helping the Harvest Goddess.

I don't really care myself, as it's just something else to do in the game, but what do you guys think?

I think that's more than a little silly since even some of the older games had quests that dealt with helping or getting help from the Harvest Goddess, and since not all of the newer games have anything to do with a Harvest Goddess at all.

Harvest Moon itself is just a little tired since Marvelous has basically been pulling the exact same ###### out of their asses for fourteen years now. I mean helk, most of the games even go so far as to reuse characters.

Well in GrB there was no Harvest Goddess and in ToTT it more about fixing what the HG did and not helping her.

So at least not all the new games are about saving the HG.

If he wants to say Harvest Moon became lame from this game and onward that makes sense. But don't blame it on the Goddess (IMG:style_emoticons/default/weirdsmile.gif) .
