Why can't I trigger Anette's 7 heart event? (Frontier) Options

I'm in Year 3 with Anette at 10 love and friendship points but I'm still unable to trigger the event where she collapses outside my house. I recieved her mysterious letters and also talk to her everytime she's tired from chasing monsters (about 10+ times) but the event still hasn't been unlocked. Can anyone help? And also is it possible to skip past an event due to love points being too high?

I have checked all questions on various sites and also searched through walkthroughs but nothing has been able to help.

I haven't played the game myself so I can't offer you any real information, but if you missed an event or something.....
Once Anette has reached 1 LP, talk to her and she'll tell you she's being harassed by monsters.
After she talks to you about the monsters, you may see her sitting in your front yard in the morning. Talk to her when she does.
Anette will continue to rest outside your house for the time being. Talk to her when she does. Tabatha must be living in Trampoli.
When Anette's LP has gone a little over 7, You'll experience an event after walking out of your house in the morning. She'll now live in Trampoli.
Raise Anette's love to 8, then talk to her for two days in a row.
At 10 LP, enter Beach road between late morning and early evening. Candy and Marco must be outside for the event to trigger
Enter Mist's house
Talk to Anette any time after the previous event has occurred
Go to bed before 10 pm. The event will happen in the morning

My brother had the same problem, and he ended up having to make a new file just so he could do Anette.
You could try doing the walkthrough Charmy put down, but I'm pretty sure you'll have to make a new file.

I got here to move in sometime during year two and I wasn't going for her I try and woo all of the ladies just in case some of them have co requisites. uhhhh hmmmm it could still happen what events besides the letters and telling her you found them have happened so far? also I think if you have gone far into the story like where

Oh, this is in issue in some other games..... But similar to what Novi said, if another event is happening and such, hers might not occur until that ends.

Let me provide some more information:

Anette hardly gets tired anymore, it only seems to happen once a fortnight, she doesn't talk about getting chased either, although it used to happen alot. She doesn't give any hints about it, just saying about how she feels good recently and saying my character used to be sickly but is now buffed?

Mist is around, she's at 10 love and friendship points. I'm not very far into the storyline:

I haven't completed the Lava Ruins yet, I've got to the point where I can access the big tree on Whale Island but I haven't been to the very top yet, Kanno has warned me about the runes being depleted and I should look out for where more runes gather. I'm at 10 love/friendship points with everyone in the village, and I've also experienced a few dreams - the last of which is where there are some scientists panicking about a rune facility blowing up.

Also, I've recieved Brodik's letter of challenge but haven't battled him yet.

I doubt any of these could make a difference of being unable to experience events with Anette but do you think it's possible?

I have 100+ hours of gameplay so it would be painful if I restart, isn't there anything else I can do? If I do decide to, is there any guarantee that I'll be able to trigger the event second time around?

have you been entering mists house in the early mornings? just turned my on had a file were she hadnt moved in anettes lp was at 9 she moved in with mist
