I got some candy from bother my parents. But we haven't done much else. I'm going over to mom's for dinner though. Easter is way more fun when you're a kid (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .

Yes! I remember one of my uncles would usually put a $20 bill in one of the eggs in the past and we all tried to get that golden egg! Sadly, I never got it. =/ But I found $5 ones.

Why is the age limit 12? Just because you suddenly turn 13 doesn't mean you still can't enjoy those kinds of things.

We didn't hide eggs but we haven't for years now, but my parents bought me my own bag of the solid chocolate easter eggs and a huge tolberone bar which is veeery good.
Also bought me this cute little easter styled stuffed bunny {looks similar to a teddy bear actually but it's got the big ears} and it's so soft and comfy.
And like I said, just because I'm almost 19 doesn't mean I still don't like having cute little stuffed animals. XP

Also just remembered she bought me pink capris pajama pants with little cows on them, I got a similar pair at christmas they're really simple and cheap but they're perfect to sleep in.

Oscar: One year, the neighbor's swapped roles. They had the the kids hide the eggs and the adults find them. Pfft, some adults had found empty eggs. Naturally.

@idlers - There is nothing that states that adults can't enjoy Easter; you're just luck to have a family that cares enough to send you a basket o' Chocolate and an stuffed Easter bunny.

Also, I once participated in an adult Easter Egg hunt, although we had the children help us reach into places where our hands were too big. The I also particiapted in an "adult" easter egg hunt. It was VERY "maturely rated" and involved things that I cannot mention without censure. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) All I can say it was a LOT of fun. I'm positive you don't want to mix the two cause that's...er...disturbing.

...Especially when there's money eggs involved. My neighbors had special, golden eggs that you could trade in, but you generally got some lame toy.

Well yeah, having adults run around WITH the children comes across like you're a kiddie diddler. But honestly when I was little I never did an easter egg hunt with a group of people, it was only ever my brother and I in our home, we never did stuff outside or with the neighborhood or anything, I actually don't know anyone that did. I know they do one downtown here but like hardly anyone goes to it and it's not even chocolate they're just those plastic eggs.

It would be fun having a complete adult easter egg hunt. Especially for the dirty aspect of it haha.

I've never really done an Easter Egg hunt neighbourhood thing. You guys sound straaange to me. I might've done one at school, and we use to do it at home.... Ah. <3 Finding stuff.

I got two boxes of Lindt. <3 I love Lindt..... :D A Cadbury egg thing, Cadbury crunchy blocks, chocolate oreos, and the chocolate rice bars which I haven't tried yet.
