The draft? Eh, the Jets did okay. I wished we addressed our LB problem more. I didn't see the point of getting another RB, but the backup QB was a good idea that everyone seems mad about. Oh well, they're gonna dominate IF we have football.

Yeah the Patriots once again didn't get an OLB early so I was kinda pissed but whatever, Bill Belichick knows a little more about football than I do
Champions League Final tomorrow between my two most hated teams, Barcelona and Manchester United. I assume a lot of Americans who aren't even into soccer will watch this, it's like the Super Bowl of club (association) football. Game 7 to decide who reps the East in the Stanley Cup finals too. Staying up to root for the Bruins even though I have work early tomorrow, come on Bruins you're my only team not to win a championship during my lifetime. |

BRUINS ARE STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS helk YEAH
NOW ALL OF MY TEAMS HAVE WON A TITLE IN MY LIFETIME! TOO MUCH EXCITEMENT FOR CAPS LOCK TO EXPRESS. You are now aware that the Patriots are the Massachusetts team with the longest championship drought. Also what the helk Vancouver. Just take a darn loss, geez. |

I've never seen one of my teams win a Championship! Maybe waiting this long will make it ten times sweeter.

Well Chelsea have won the domestic title but not the champions league so there's always that.
And yeah I guess Toaster OR IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN EVER. |

That's how it feels! But the Jets are by far the closest, aside from that run the Mets did in 2000.

Well, I did see them absolutely crush Detroit last weekend. I made the mistake of going to BJ's (a sports bar chain with wonderful food) on Saturday at 8 pm. Every time the Rangers made a run or did something to just kick Detroit's trumpet in general the place was in an uproar. It was... an interesting experience.

I hate sports personally, but sometimes I'm subjected to them against my will. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Huh. Walked out and caught the very end of the Rangers game. That was probably one of the most anticlimactic wins I've seen. The ball just sort of rolled off into the grass and someone picked it up and underhand tossed it to the baseman. :/

Really embarassing to lose to the Giants in the Super Bowl AGAIN and see Eli's dopey face everywhere but what can I say. Manningham made his catch and Welker didn't (Though it wasn't a great throw), it was their day and not the Patriots
Still 3 Super Bowl championships in my lifetime so I can't be too cut up about it |

I wanted the Giants to win in this game, so all's good for me. But it was such a close game. That last throw, man, that last throw. Geez.
