I read about it on Fogu. cuc the person who keeps adding all those updates said that Bismarck really was exactly Elliot and then there was a discussion about it. Which is why I really dislike him. I didn't like the original Elliot, so I like a second "Elliot" character even less.
Four is so few. There are more than twice as many girls. I think there will be a special marriage candidate for Sonia. Just because there are ten Bachelorette (I think) so if they added one more guy it would be more even. |

Okay, I forgot that cuc went and played the game at the demo. But in the all character profiles that I've come across they all say nothing about him being like Elliot.
I know that they were going to put the bachelors from HM games into the first RF game that you can play as a girl. Why did Never Land do this to me? Yeah there are ten girl marriage candidates, if you include Pandora and Sonia. Which mean there are only three normal guy marriage candidates, and four if you include Azel. All I can say is that the Masked Man better be a guy marriage candidate. We didn't get much of an update last week, so let's hope this weeks update will have some more interesting things to talk about. |

Yeah it was a long time ago but I never forgot because it made me so upset. At least 3 out of 4 guys are cool. Although in the other RF games all out of all guys were cool, soo that is still pretty lame (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .
I would be so happy if Masked Person is a marriage candidate. But I will probably be happy with any filth guy they made. Just because I don't think it could get any worse from the last guy they've shown. I can't wait for another update. *crosses fingers* I hope give more info than last time. |

QUOTE (epona) I forgot that cuc went and played the game at the demo. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm not living in Japan, and didn't get to play the demo. When I said "Bismarck really is Elliot 2.0", I was reacting to his lines shown on the official site: "(A long silence)... I, I'm sorry." "Nee-san (big sister), you left the shop and went around playing again?" And here's my newest update. QUOTE The sisters gave Azel a house. He doesn't live inside Ymir.
While there seems to be no RFO preview in Famitsu magazine this week, Famitsu.com has been updated with info on guest characters. http://www.famitsu.com/news/201101/20039474.html -Anette will do the postal service for Finis Island. -Tabatha has come to help Electra with Electra's handcrafted accessories. -Candy is now studying at the Royal Magic Academy of Norad (where Kanno used to work), and comes here to investigate the island's spirit phenomena. New festival: Sea-Pacifying Festival For people who have favorite characters they can't marry. One night each year, you can have a pretend marriage with an unmarriageable character whose conditions you've fulfilled. Screenshots show Azel having pretend marriage dialog with respectively Gray (the priest), Kilt (the little girl), Juslyn (already married) and Candy. ...I can't stop laughing. This is one of, if not the most out-there idea in any HM games yet. They must be inspired by some anthropological book they've read, and somehow came up with something weirder. It almost seems like they are doing this to quietly challenge Tokyo's Bill 156 (you know, the one that restricts "unethical" conducts in anime/manga/games), except by the time Bill 156 was passed, this feature must have already been completed. Don't forget that all HM/RF games are rated CERO-A "Full Ages" in Japan. There'll be nothing truly risque in them. Oh, by the way, this might be my last news update. I have my life to take care of, and won't be posting on the forum for some time. Perhaps I'll resume activity when RF4 was announced? For the time being, good luck, everyone! |

Oooh okay. No problem it was actually my fault for the misunderstanding.
Eh I still don't think I'll like Bismarck. I remember having a discussing many pages back about whether or not Azel lived in Ymir. I am glad it's not true. Cool and cool. I bet quincy will be happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) . I am kind of disappointed they didn't bring back any of my favorite characters. I do like all of them but they aren't my favorites. The festival sounds great. I would like to get it with Annette since she was pretty high on my RFF bachelorette list ;3. I wonder if you can get it with the creepy old rich lady (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) . |

The preview says "with the exception of certain guest characters", so Tabatha and Anette are probably not eligible.

@cuc, sorry for misunderstanding that you went to the demo. And thank's for your last up date.
So, all the guest characters are girls? I'm happy that Anette, Candy and Tabatha are back... but where are all the guys? It's starting to feel like there are a lot of girls and no guys, and where are the villagers? Most of the town is made up of the marriage candidates. I kinda like the thought of the Sea-Pacifying Festival, this means I can take Joe's grandpa and tell him that I love him once a year. Let's hope the next update has a hot dad and mom you can't marry, so you can take them to the Sea-Pacifying Festival. If that's what Bismarck says on the main site then he's off my list of marriage candidates. Edit: Anette looks odd without her mailbag. And Candy hasn't aged at all, which means it's only been about two years since Frontier. |

Cool news brah
Huzzah, Anette's one of my favs from frontier. Tabatha's pretty cool too. Candy doesn't seem to have aged all that much. She does seem a bit taller though (IMG:http://www.famitsu.com/news/201101/images/00039474/OLCc4r6oe587KSCnlOkuGcBi8KX5198w.jpg) Yep, definitely taller That new festival sounds both cool and a bit creepy. I'm not sure what to think of it. Hope I can celebrate it with Anette, but apparently that may not be possible. Is that all the guest characters, or just the ones mentioned so far? |

The Sea-Pacifying Festival is a creepy festival because you can tell Knit that you love her... I hear Candy saying, "Pervert." that's creepy...
(IMG:http://www.famitsu.com/news/201101/images/00039474/RVMKxILip63o1O7DqE8tL7N43GkZmt4P.jpg) Why are there bubbles coming out of her mouth? Anette's one of my favorites from frontier as well, I wanted to celebrate the Sea-Pacifying Festival with Anette too, but it's probably not be possible. That's all the guest characters that are making an appearance, at least I'm pretty sure that's what they said on the main site. Edit: Where is Anette's necklace? The one her friend gave to her. |

Maybe the bubbles have to do with the festival? It does have something to do with the sea.
She looks so much cuter in her portrait then she does in her 3D model (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif) . I bet her brother is going to be the same way. You're right her necklace is gone (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) . I wonder if they will address that in the game or just hope nobody remembered about it. Maybe it was hard to make it look good in the close up 3D model? Actually I like their 3D models in RFF more than these ones. They just look kinda strange. Hopefully this game will come out early 2012 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) . If it came out this year that could be amazing. I doubt it though. |

TABATHA!!!! I can't believe they actually put her in this one, I did not see that coming! Im so happy right now I can't stop smiling.
Okay, so basically you can tell a little girl that you love her? And pretend to marry her? Interesting...they're definitely thinking outside the box.... Tabatha! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) |

@nightmaresky, We don't know how long it will take to get translated, but I'm thinking around the end of this year, but probably early next.
I also love Frontier! @Pumpkin Patch, the bubbles make me think she's foaming at the mouth from shock... I don't think it would be hard to make it on the 3D model, I mean look at the other character models. I like the 3D models in Frontier more than these ones too. I also kinda miss the character portraits. @Quincy52, yeah they are thinking outside the box with Oceans. I'm thinking we will only see Tabatha if you do Electra's requests. Has anyone else noticed that Azel uses different wands to make different crops grow? |

Maybe she needs to learn that just because soap smells good doesn't mean it's a good idea to eat it. lol So that's why bubbles are coming out of her mouth. Silly little Knit. Anyway the main site updated, it has more Q&A's, the guest character page is up, and you can now hear Knit's voice and Merupurin's voice as well. The blog says something about, "Early on in the game you can hold 60 items and then later 99." "The children inherit their hair color from their parents!" I'm not sure how to take that. Does it mean that your kid has multi-color hair? Or does it mean your kids will have pink hair if you play as Sonia, and then have blue if you play as Azel. Here is the link to the main site. Update from the blog: "The children inherit their hair color from the marriage candidates." "For hats, it also changes the appearance of your character. In addition, if you'd like, you can also give armor to the residents. During conversation, there will be a 'Switch Accessories" option." "You can hold up to 99 of the same item. It will be 60 maximum in the beginning, but can be increased to 99 by extensions. Meaning you can collect a lot of stuff. " So who is excited to hear Candy's spirit song again? The one she would sing when she was making rune stones for you. |

My next question was going to be on children, so they're going to be like the kids in Animal Parade, where they look like the person you marry? That's nice. I hope it doesn't take too long, like having to go through 2 yrs. in-game just for them to grow up. I never saw my child's birth in RFF, I got bored afterwhile. Accessories are great, they give you a chance to customize your character and make them look different! I wonder if they have different outfits too, besides the swimsuit? |

Accessories are great, they give you a chance to customize your character and make them look different! I wonder if they have different outfits too, besides the swimsuit? I'm not sure about the kid thing because I've tried a bunch of different translation tools, here is what someone else translated the answer as, "Kids DO NOT look like their parents but they inherit hair color. He says he is sorry but that is the best he can do." So, I'm not really sure what to say about the children. I got to see my kid in Frontier in my last file. I'm hoping the kids will just take like two to three months to grow up. It would be great if they did have different outfits, but I don't know if it's ever going to happen. Here is an extra from the blog, it says, "Earlier they had said you could play as both sexes during the game but they added so much stuff and the game became so long so now you can only play as the girl at the end. " I'm just going to be playing as Azel. |
