I have a feeling I'm probably the only big fan here, but it would be nice to meet others.
So who's a fan of the Trauma Center series? My favorite probably comes down to the first DS one or New Blood. Oh and a new one is expected for a 2010 Spring release! It's called Trauma Team, you can be 6 different doctors and each doctor has a specialty. Comepletely different than the rest! If you're not a fan, I'd suggest you become one! |

YES! I do recommend it! Try the Wii one, it's called Trauma Center: New Blood or the DS one, Trauma Center: Under the Knife. It's an awesome series, love the characters and story!

I love them! Is the Wii as good as the DS or is it much more challenging? A new one will come out? YAY! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) |

I get scared easily, so... Yeah. ;o Mehh. ;x Yeahh. Like Chara-ish said, is the version for Wii better? >;o |

THEY'RE SHOOTING X RAY BEAMS OUT OF THEIR RADIOACTIVE SUPERGORES. USE YOUR ZAPPY GUN TO STOP THEM.
Yeah, I've played Second Opinion. The only thing I found dark about it was the x missions. You're operating on some 121 year old bad guy and hes like making fun of you as you do. |

I LOVED THESE GAMESSS.
I used to get really pissed off when I killed someone. I'd throw my DS. So I stopped playing. To much pressure. DX |

I'm a sort of fan. I own the first one, but I didn't get too far because my patient kept dying, Rawr! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cowannoyed.gif) I just checked, and I abandoned the game at Chapter 2, Episode 4. Lame!
I'm split on whether I want to play the Wii version. If I ever do, I would probably just rent it. |

To everyone wondering about the Wii game: New Blood, is awesome! It has voice acting and it's not as challenging as the DS one if you put it on easy. It really brings in some very unique surgeries to the table. I think it's awesome, so you guys should get it! Remember it's New Blood, not Second Opinion.
Second Opinion is a remake of the first DS one, it's the only one I haven't played, but that's cuz I own the DS version which I've heard is better. Yay FANS! I can see why some of you guys find it dark, but it really isn't! It has happy endings and just you know doctor stuff like blood and death, but that makes it more realistic! The new Wii one, wont have a terrorist group or some advanced scientific diseases, so you guys should be good! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Really GUILT and STIGMA make it more "dark" but like I said those things will be eliminated from this new upcoming Wii title!! |

You know, I've never played these. But I'm curious, I might rent one to try out this week. So . . . I'm curious. Is it like, mostly medical stuff? Is there some doctor storyline stuff? Does it balance? And . . . how bloody is it, really? Am I gonna make myself sick . . . ?

Well, it's more to medical stuff unlike Lifesigns which has it's investigation part also. Well, Im not sure how bloody, 'cause Im used to it already.. Ask Lenyo or Coco about that.
It's more to fiction with all those GUILT virus and all, while Lifesigns' more to the ones we had today like appendicitis, heart problem & stuff like that. All I can say is that, you should try it for yourself to be sure~♥ |

It's not bloody at all Crystal, it has a HUGE storyline, all of them do, and they do throw to you a lot of medical vocabulary.
I get sick looking at blood and organs, so I thought this game wasn't for me, but I then read some reviews, saw some videos and it looked awesome! I haven't ever felt sick looking at it. Check out some vids! |

Oh, okay then! I guess I'll try one. Medical vocabulary won't bug me. My mom has worked at a hospital since I was little, and now she's studying to be a nurse. I know me some medical vocabulary. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasmile.gif)

Well, I rented to New Blood one for the Wii to test it out. I've played for about an hour and a half. It's okay so far, I'm familiar with a lot of the movement from playing vet games aimed at younger audiences. And I have discovered one very important thing . . . the Healing Touch? Yeah, that's never gonna happen for me. I CANNOT do straight lines. I have a shaky hand. *grumbles*

Crystal: I had the same problem! The DS is better at it, I'd suggest you try out the first DS one. It started the series!

Second Opinion is a remake of the first DS one, it's the only one I haven't played, but that's cuz I own the DS version which I've heard is better. My cousin has played both and he seriously disagrees. He says he liked Second Opinion much better than the original. |
