Chapter 1- Riesgo
Well, since I accidentally deleted Chapter one, here's what happened. Saffy is the one in charge in the land of Riesgo. He plans to control the entire world and only needs to take over the South Land to do so. Chris, one of his henchmen, comes in and hands him something that he then puts into a device with many honeycombing-looking holders. It shuts when the "something" is put in it. Zen is his assistant and she says his name out loud, which is against the law in Riesgo, he is to be called "boss" only. She is taken to prison by Chris. Zen is now depressed sitting in the cell and looks out to Riesgo and sees the sun lighting up the massive sky scrapers. There are golden domes, lobster-claw looking buildings and a huge honeycomb shaped one. Zen finds Crystal and TBR (The Boy Roger) in the cell. TBR has an eyepatch hiding something robotic. And that's it for chapter 1! Chapter 2- A Close Escape "I'm tired of being in this cell!" TBR stood up and ran towards the cell bars and smashed right into them with his bare hands. "Aaaaugh!" TBR cried in pain as he fell to the ground. "Oh gosh, that's not a very smart way to escape, TBR." Crystal said politely. "I didn't want to have to do this, but get ready." Crystal walked towards the cell bars and pulled out a small laser, it looked almost exactly like a pen. She clicked a button on the pen-like laser and it shot out a purple beam that cut right through the bars in an instant. "There! We're free to go!" Crystal smiled at Zen and TBR. "What?! You could have done this the whole time we were here?!" TBR angrily yelled at Crystal, but Crystal smiled back and replied. "Well, I was trying to think of what to do after we sliced the cell bars and now I know." Crystal walked outside and pointed towards a guard tower. "Passed that tower is the gate and I remember that there was a small river flowing out of the walls that keep us in here." Zen jumped outside of the cell and began to stretch. "Freedom! But now we need to pass that tower without being detected." "I have a way," Crystal said as she pulled out a small grenade from a box in the corner. "Here TBR, think you can blast that tower?" TBR pulled off his eyepatch and took the small grenade from Crystal. A miniature cannon zoomed out, like a camera, from his empty eye socket and loaded it in through a small hatch in the bottom. "This thing can do anything. Shoot missiles, bullets or bombs. As long as they fit, of course." TB stood back and fired the bomb toward the tower. The tower blew up into pieces and rubble flew everywhere. "We don't have much time; the rest of Saffy's goons are gonna see the smoke and run over here! Let's go!” Zen yelled. The door to the throne room swung open and in ran Chris yelling at Saffy. “Boss! Our prisoners: Zen, TBR and Crystal have escaped!” Saffy looked down at Chris from his throne. “Well, that's not good, now is it?! Let's go find them.” Crystal pulled out her mini-laser and sliced through the bars that were letting the small river into the empire. “Let's go guys, we're free.” Crystal sighed in relief. Saffy caught up to them just as Zen was about to ride the river to the other side. “Stop! Where do you think you're going, squawk?” a parrot yelled. Zen looked up and saw a bright red, blue-tailed parrot hovering in the air. “Jason, it's you. I'm glad to see Saffy is treating you well. Umm. sort of.” Saffy came up to the side of the river. “Hey! Nobody leaves, unless I say so!” Saffy yelled, but it was too late, Zen was already swimming to the other side. “Oh, Saffy, remember I was gonna tell you something? Well, I know where she is.” Zen yelled back to Saffy as loud as she could. She, Crystal and TBR floated down the river and into safety. Saffy's eyes widened and he fell to the ground on his knees. “She knows where my Katie is...” “Should we go after them, boss?” Chris asked Saffy. “No, let them go. She will lead me to her.” Saffy said and smiled at the ground. Chapter 3- The Location Crystal and Zen came out from the dark, cave-like opening in the enormous wall separating the South Land from Riesgo. They looked around and were shocked to find out that TBR was not with them. "Where did he go?!" Zen was beginning to panic. "Hmm, this is odd. But it could be possible that one of Saffy's minions took him?" Crystal told Zen with a less than confident expression. "I don't think so! It was dark in there, but we would have seen something, right?" Zen stared back at Crystal. "I don't know, but we gotta keep moving forward, Zen. I'm sorry..." Crystal said, but couldn't look Zen in the face, so instead she looked up over the wall at the sunset hiding behind the buildings of Riesgo. ---- Zen and Crystal knew they were getting close to the town of Nayome, because they could smell the sweet aroma of Dani's flower field. They climbed out of the river and onto the field. Staring back at them was a two acre blanket of roses, lilacs, tulips, cosmos and violets. Dani somehow was able to keep all these flowers alive throughout the entire year; it always felt like Spring in the area. They went straight to Dani's house, they were thirsty and extremely hungry. They came up to her front door and before they could knock, the door opened. "Hello, hello!" Dani said with a bright smile. She was wearing a yellow dress with a red ribbon tied around her waist and wore red flip flops on her feet. "Come in, you two! I knew you were coming; Orie told me," Dani happily said and pointed towards her indoor aquarium where a small, red octopus swam. Zen and Crystal had completely forgotten about Dani's magic octopus that could supposedly see into the future every full moon. They didn't believe it, but that octopus kept being right about everything. "You know, Orie predicted the Great War, at least that's what my mom said." Dani said as she gestured Crystal and Zen to come in. "Oh, the great war. I've heard so much of it! That's how Saffy took control of more than half of Earth!" Zen shrieked in disgust. "And that's when robotics became so popular. Most people who participated in the Great War, whether it was us, the good guys or Saffy's army, it didn't matter; most got horribly injured. People's arms were blown off or part of their faces were cut off. Robotics saved these people; it gave them another chance at living a "normal" life. My dad got his stomach, liver and part of his lung shot off, but thanks to robotics, he's now still around to hug me...with his iron stomach and chest." Crystal began to whisper and her smile disappeared. "Enough about the Great War! Saffy still hasn't gotten the South Land! We'll beat him; we'll make our own army. I know someone that can help us." Zen was now getting excited and began to walk around the foyer. "Umm, who would that be, Zen?" Dani asked. "Katie. I know where she is! She has been secretly working down at a bar in Pudge under the alias Patricia! One of the cooks told me; he was one of Katie's best friends." Zen said as she stopped pacing around the room to receive the cup of tea Dani had for her. "Squawk! Saffy will be pleased!" Jason, the parrot, said as he flew away from near the opened door. ---- "Good birdie! You found out where Katie is! You know, I might just give you that antidote one day, Jason. But not anytime soon. I've still got more work for you!" Saffy told the parrot with a grin. "Squawk! Yes, of course...boss." Jason squawked as he flew to his cage. Chris came rushing in to the throne room and looked up at Saffy."Boss! Hasfusel said he's done with cooking for you and is leaving Riesgo!" "You know what to do; persuade him to stay, Chris. I don't have to explain this to you. Oh and maybe invite your friend HMR with you." "Nah, I've got this. Sorry for disturbing you boss," Chris said while pulling up his sleeves. Chris ran to the kitchen just as Hasfusel was leaving. Chris grabbed the back of Hasfusel's shirt and brought him up off his feet, then lunged him across the hallway. Hasfusel landed right on his face, horribly injuring his nose; blood began to ran immediately from his nose, cheek and lips. Chris came up behind Hasfusel and picked him up again with his cold, metal hands, brought him towards his face and smiled. "You're not going anywhere. You are staying here and cooking for the boss, got it, Hassy?" "You fool! I will no longer work for that misre-" Hasfusel was unable to finish because Chris had sent his fist right into his face, causing him to lose consciousness. Hasfusel was then dragged to a cell, his face was covered in blood. "You're lucky I didn't go full force on you, Hassy. Goodnight!" Chris closed the cell door and waved to Hasfusel. Chapter 4- Spherium Crystal and Zen waved goodbye to Dani as they headed down the hill towards the city of Nayome. "Bye, Dani! Thanks for letting us sleep over; we were wayyyy tired," Zen said as she skipped across the flower field stopping to smell the roses. "Of course, I love having people over. And don't forget that there's a full moon in two days! Orie will be giving a prediction then." Dani yelled back. "Err, yeah, we'll be sure to stop by...maybe," Crystal said quietly, still skeptical about an octopus telling the future. ----- Zen and Crystal reached the Nayome gate, which was always opened. Nayome was not the typical city you would picture when you do think of a city. It wasn't as big, there were not tall buildings, only small adobe houses. There was no paved roads for the small amount of automobiles they even had and it was located in the heart of a valley. "It can't be?! Crystal? Zen!? We thought you had been killed or something, Zen! Same with you, Crystal! Are you all okay? I have to go tell everyone you guys are back. But who do I tell first? Oh this is a happy day!" a small girl said as she began to run around in circles. "There's good old Eliza," Zen smiled. Once Eliza told the entire city of Crystal and Zen's arrival, everyone came to see them. Cassie the butcher, Pippa the history teacher, EB the mayor, Darth the local store manager and many more citizens that lived around the area. They all gathered to hear Zen and Crystal's story of how they escaped Riesgo and how Zen had gone undercover pretending to be a Riesgo citizen in order to be Saffy's assistant to gather confidential information. They also found out about a young boy, TBR, who did not make it back with them. "Crystal, I watched Ken while you were gone." Cassie said as she called Crystal's cat over to her. Cassie had unusually long red hair; it went all the way down to her knees, but it was so well kempt, that it even shined in the sunlight. Her face was also very well maintained that it made her look like a porcelain doll. "My goodness! Ken! I missed you so much. Thank you, Cassie." Crystal picked up Ken and squeezed him as tight as she could. After everybody had welcomed the two returning citizens, Zen walked over to the old mine to meet with a group of miners traveling across South Land looking for gold or other valuable minerals. Zen came up to the mine and to her surprise, the three strangers were sitting down talking. "Hi! I'm Zen, you guys must be the Tri-Hunters?" Zen said as she walked over to the team. A girl with bright green eyes stood up, took off her helmet and let her blonde hair hang down. She wore all green and had a small pink clip with a teddy bear on her hair. "Hello, I'm Totoro, the leader of the Tri-Hunters. This is O-" Totoro was caught off by one of the other team members. "I am Oscar, nice to meet you, Zen!" Oscar said with a smile. He had long, messy brown hair and it looked even messier with clumps of dirt sitting on top. His face was also muddy and it matched the color of his brown eyes. "And I am ZBoy. Well, that's my nickname. I'm actually called Eddie, but I like ZBoy better." ZBoy said. ZBoy was the tallest of the three. He had brown hair that hung down to his shoulders and it was also full of dirt, like Oscar's hair. His face was clean, however, and his eyes were a deep blue. "Alright, so what do you want me to do with this, Totoro?" Oscar brought up a smooth spherical stone that shined a radiant silver. "I think we might be able to sell it fo-," Totoro was caught off again, but this time by Zen. "That's Spherium! That is the rarest mineral in the world and nobody has found that big of a size since 100 years ago or something! This is amazing, but also very dangerous. You see, I found out that Saffy is using this mineral to power up his top-secret machine. He plans to use that machine to take over the South Land. I know this, because I was working as his assistant, but only to find out this kind of info, of course." Zen exclaimed and began walking over to Oscar, she could barely breathe now. "Holy cow! I bet this thing would sell for a bunch, huh? But I'm thinking now we can't let anybody know?" Oscar told Zen and Zen nodded in agreement. "Saffy only needs one more piece to power up his machine. I'm afraid if he were to get his hands on this, then South Land would be in its final days." Zen frowned with a look of worry on her face. ---- "Boss, wasn't it obvious that Zen was not really a Riesgo citizen? I mean, she hardly knew the area and you said you had caught her snooping around your throne room and drawers multiple times," HMR, another of Saffy's goons said. HMR was completely human, unlike Chris. "I knew Zen was not a Riesgo citizen since day one. I hired her because I liked her. She made me laugh the minute she introduced herself to me. I figured she was trying to run away from the South Land. But then I caught her reading through my files. I was gonna send her to the guillotine or something right there and then, but she apologized so sweetly. But I'm afraid she might know too much now. Why did I wait so long to do anything?" Saffy sighed, but immediately smiled. "HMR! Is the helicopter ready? I gotta go to Pudge and visit an old friend of mine." Saffy got up and ran out of the throne room before HMR could even finish. "Uhh...yes, boss, it's ready." HMR responded to the empty room. Chapter 5- Nothing Is What It Seems HMR flew the helicopter down to the outskirts of Pudge. Saffy got off and gestured to HMR to stay and leave the helicopter running. Saffy went into the only bar in the village of Pudge. To his surprise he found the girl he was looking for, Katie, standing at the counter. "Hello, Katie, remember me?" Saffy politely smiled and put out his hand to Katie. "Saffy?! What are you doing here?! Get out. I told you that I never wanted to see you again." Katie said and crossed her arms and turned away from Saffy. "But Katie, I need you by my side, please. Come back?" Saffy walked closer to Katie. "No! I told you why I left, already. You were letting your power get to your head; you were cruel. The way you killed people without even thinking twice about it; it was horrible. And your hate for anybody that is part robot is even more cruel. These people that are helping you are part robot and you still despise them?! That makes no sense!" Katie finished. "I told you, once somebody gets some robotic attachment they are no longer humans. They are a disgrace to the race." Saffy explained Katie with a stern face. "I can't believe you. They're a disgrace? You're lucky I'm not part robot if not you'd hate me." Katie walked away. "Fine! But I wanted to tell you that I needed you and that I miss you, Katie. You know where I live if you want to come back." Saffy finished and left the bar. ----- Zen had the Spherium sitting in her bedroom; she didn't know what to do with it. She needed the perfect hiding spot. After hours of thinking she knew just what to do with it. Zen opened a floor board in her bedroom and stuck it in there. She placed an old rug over the floor to hide the floor board. "Hey, Zen," a yawing boy said from the doorway. "Oh my God! TBR! It's you!" Zen ran over to TBR and hugged him. "Yeah, I'm back. See, I came out before you and Crystal and just went on swimming down. I also went exploring around South Land after I climbed out of the river. You know I'm a lone wolf." TBR told Zen. "Ha ha! I'm glad you're back, is all. Does everyone else know?" Zen asked. "Yeah, they do. But Nayome isn't my hometown, so nobody really knows me; Crystal told them about me, though." TBR replied. Zen and TBR walked outside to find Darth, the local store manager, giving some sort of speech to the citizens of Nayome. "Who says we can trust this man? He hasn't even told us where he's from. Crystal and Zen even found it odd that he vanished. But he supposedly came out before them from Riesgo? How are we to believe this?! The wall of Riesgo is about half a mile thick; I'm sure Crystal and Zen couldn't have been too far behind. All I'm saying is that he may not be what he seems, friends." Darth spoke to the public. "Hey! I'm a good guy!" TBR yelled from behind the crowd. "I am from the town of Pudge, okay? And I did come out before Crystal and Zen because I swam out of there as fast as I could; I didn't want to get caught by Saffy's goons! I explored the land for a day because that is what I do, I explore. Now, I'm going to bed because I am extremely tired." TBR defended himself against Darth's claims. TBR joined back with Zen and they both walked toward the city's hotel. On the way Zen explained to TBR about Saffy's machine and that they had the last bit of Spherium Saffy needed to power it up. "Now don't tell anyone else. So far only the Tri-Hunters, Crystal and you know." Zen whispered to TBR. "I wont, come on, I'm better then that, Zen." TBR smiled back. ----- "Boss, we have someone here to see you." HMR interrupted Saffy's nap. "Who is it?! This better be go-" Saffy could not finish, because he had froze the minute he saw who was there. "Hello, Saffy. You know, I don't know why I'm here, but I guess I just can't stay away from ya." Katie winked back at Saffy. "I am so happy you're here! HMR, give us a moment and you, Katie, come here!" Saffy beckoned. Saffy and Katie hugged each other tightly to make up for the three years they had been apart. The fight that sent Katie to the South Land had to do with Saffy's deep hate for anybody that was part robot. ----- The night was cool. Darth was getting ready for bed. He took off his red cap and hung it next to his door for convenient access in the morning. He turned off the lights, put his glasses in the drawer beside his bed and shut his eyes. Suddenly, his bedroom door squeaked open. Darth immediately opened his eyes to see a man standing in the doorway. "Hello, Darth," the man said. "Who is there?! How did you get in here?" Darth was panicking and was reaching for his glasses. He put them on and he clearly saw who it was. The man brought out a knife and held it up; it shined in the moonlight. "TBR...I know why you're here. I've exposed you and you just can't have that, can you?" Darth said with a slight crackle in his voice. "Goodnight, Darth." TBR thrusted the knife into Darth's heart. Before TBR left the breathless body lying in the blood-covered sheets, he put a purple laser that looked like a pen near the bedroom door. Chapter 6- The Receivers "Yes, Saffy, Zen knows about Spherium. Would you like me to go search her house?" TBR was talking with Saffy through phone. "No! You might get caught and then we'll lose those idiot's trust. I'm going to send in the Receivers to eliminate the problem." Saffy responded. "But Saffy, I won't get caught. Please, I can do a goo-" "I said no, TBR. I'm not taking any chances. Don't get in the way of the Receivers, either." Saffy cut off TBR and hung up immediately. "Katie, can I get my contact book right there?" Saffy smiled to Katie. "Of course. The receivers are dangerous people, ya know. I kind of don't want you using them, but hey, I don't want you to lose, Saffy!" Katie grabbed the contact book and opened it up, highlighted the Receiver's phone line and gave it to Saffy. "Thank you my Katie" Saffy said and happily began dialing the number. "Hello? Tolby? I have a job for you, Noviwan and Olivia." ------ Zen was out on the hill outside of Nayome wondering what she could do to stop Saffy. She was surprised nobody really wanted to do anything. She knew that it was up to her to convince the people of South Land that they had to fight back. The citizens had already fought back other years, but she felt that they were missing something in all those other wars that followed after the Great War. "Are you lost, little girl?" a deep voice said from behind. "Umm, no, who are you?" Zen looked back at the tall man. He was wearing all black and had big spiky black hair that looked like sharp knives. sticking out of his scalp. His eyes were also a deep black. "My name is Tolby. I'm one of the Receivers. You see, we receive a mission and then we finish it. That's where we get our names. And our mission this time is to kill a girl named 'Zen'. Might you know her by any chance?" Tolby asked as his pupils dilated and his hands began to fidget. "Yes, I am her." Zen got up. She knew she was in for a fight. "Ha! You think you can handle me? Please, you won't last a minute." Tolby confidently said. Tolby kicked Zen in the face sending her down to the ground. He grabbed her up by her blue hair and brought out a long blade from his back. He was about to whirl it down to Zen's neck, but Zen managed to kick Tolby in the legs, making him fall to the ground along with his blade. Zen jumped on top of Tolby and punched him straight in the nose. She reached for Tolby's sword, but before her hands could touch it Tolby sent Zen flying into the air with both of his legs. "Wow, you're a little stronger than I thought. But you're only still a weak little girl." Tolby laughed at Zen. Tolby picked up his blade and ran at Zen at full speed. Zen jumped out of the way just in time, but Tolby quickly stopped and turned around. He began to slash the air in the direction of Zen. Zen kept inching back more and more as Tolby's sword got closer and closer. Suddenly, Tolby was hit on the back of his head with a rock. "Hey! Leave her alone!" Oscar, one of the members from the Tri-Hunters, yelled. Oscar had many more rocks and kept lunging them towards Tolby, most of them hitting him. "Oh, my orders are only to kill Zen, but I won't mind killing you. First, let me finish Zen off." Tolby flung his sword to Zen, but Oscar saw that coming and threw a rock hitting the sword before it could reach Zen's stomach. Zen ran and picked up the sword off of the ground and rand towards Tolby, slashing him right in the stomach. "Aaaa! You crazy woman, how dare you hurt me!" Tolby was barely able to speak from the pain. Tolby grabbed the sharp side of the sword from Zen and pulled it away from her, cutting a big part of his hand. He flung the sword in the air and caught the handle. He attempted to slash Zen's neck, but missed and slashed part of her cheek. "What's going on over here?" EB, the mayor, said as he ran over to the three. "Ha ha ha! This isn't over. You'll all die." Tolby reached into his pocked and threw a smoke bomb onto the floor sending a cloud of black smoke around everyone. After the smoke disappeared, Tolby was gone and so was Zen. "Zen?! Where are you?!" Oscar yelled, but it was too late, Zen was nowhere in sight. Tolby had taken her. Chapter 7- Death and Flames Zen woke up to the rumble of a waterfall and the pain in her head. She had remembered that Tolby had thrown a smoke bomb and then that she had been struck by something right in the back of her head. Zen was now hanging on a tree branch, her feet dangling in the middle of a chasm and her arms tied to the top of the branch. "Ahh, you're awake! Excellent. You get to witness me killing you. How exciting!" Tolby laughed out loud. Tolby finished sharpening his sword and walked towards Zen, but she knew that if she started swinging then Tolby would have a harder time getting her or would get annoyed quickly. She began to swing back and forth as if she were on a swing. "Stop that!" Tolby yelled and put his hands around Zen's left foot. That's exactly what she wanted to happen. She then thrusted her left foot forward and Tolby slipped off of the edge and was now holding on to Zen's foot as he dangled in the air. "You evil woman! I know you're going to try and kick me down. And you'll do it. But remember this: you won't ever stop the Boss." Tolby then began to laugh an evil laugh as Zen kicked Tolby in the face with her right foot. Tolby fell down into the deep chasm, his laugh echoing in the darkness. ---- Oscar had assembled the entire city of Nayome for an emergency meeting. "I'm going to find Zen and I need some help; I can't do this alone!" Oscar looked at all of the citizens, some didn't even look back and others began to leave. "Totoro! You are looking for your sister, no? If you come with me we might also stumble across her!" Oscar shouted out to Totoro. "No, Oscar. I do not think she's anywhere where you'll be going. She's at Riesgo; I just know it. I have dreams of her being there. I also dream of saving Jason from his cruel transformation..." Totoro shouted back while playing with her teddy bear hair pin. "I'll go with you, Oscar!" a voice shouted. "Cassie?! Alright! Thank you." Oscar smiled back at Cassie. "Do we have anymore volunteers?" Nobody spoke up and Oscar knew that Cassie would be the only one to join him. Oscar and Cassie gathered up some supplies and they headed out of Nayome, not looking back, disappointed that nobody wanted to help. They set out to look for Zen. ----- "Hassy, don't you dare think you're going to escape this time!" Chris shouted to Hasfusel as he and HMR chased after him and his wife, Mizuki. Hasfusel and Mizuki had managed to sneak into Saffy's office and take the blueprints for Saffy's top secret machine. They had found within the blueprints the secret to destroying the machine, but knew they couldn't do it on their own. They were off to get more help. "Hey, Hassy, check out this new little feature on my arm." Chris pushed down a small button on his robotic wrist and his arm flew ten feet straight into the air, hitting Hasfusel in his back. "Gaauh! Mizuki! Take the blueprints and go!" Hasfusel cried out in pain. "No, I can't leave without you!" Mizuki ran to Hasfusel and was about to pick him up when Chris' arm flung right into her face. But it had hit her on her metallic left-side of her face. Chris and HMR reached Hasfusel. HMR pulled out his harpoon gun and pointed it to Hasfusel's heart. "Alright, HMR, today you become a man! Kill him." Chris told HMR with an eager look in his eyes. "I...I don't thi-...think I can, Chris. I've never killed anyone, can't we just take him back to his cell?" HMR started to walk back. "No! He escaped from the cell with his wife! He needs to be killed." Chris grabbed the harpoon gun from HMR and fired it straight into Hasfusel's heart. The blueprint Hasfusel was holding was taken by the wind and glided over to Mizuki who had witnessed Chris killing Hasfusel. She grabbed the blueprints and ran straight to the gate, she had the passcode to open the doors, she knew she had to find help. "She's getting away, HMR! Fire the other harpoon, now!" Chris yelled at HMR. HMR's hands began to shake as he pointed the gun to Mizuki's back. He couldn't keep the gun steady and fired the last harpoon, but it had completely missed Mizuki. Mizuki reached the gate, entered the code and medal door opened. She ran inside to the hallway within the gate. She ran all the way to the other door, the door leading to South Land. She entered the code and she was free. ---- Oscar and Cassie were walking in Dani's flower field when they saw a woman standing in the middle of the red roses. She had brown her and fiery red eyes. She wore a red dress and had bright red lipstick on. "So, this is Zen?" the woman said pointing to Cassie. "Umm, no, this is Cassie. Who are you?" Oscar asked. The woman brought out a whip and grabbed Oscar's legs and threw him far into the air. He landed unconscious on the ground far from the woman and Cassie. The red-loving woman walked towards Cassie and threw a small circular device next to her feet. The device, that looked like a one-inch unicycle began to mark a big circle around Cassie and the strange woman. After the device closed in the circle, the tracks it had made burst into flames that towered way above the two women. The roses began to burn. "I'm Olivia, nice to meet you, hee hee, ha ha ha!" the woman cackled. Chapter 8- The Future "Ha ha ha! Oh, you don't know why I really want to kill you, Cassie, do you?" Olivia smiled back at Cassie who was worried to death. "Why? I told you, I'm not Zen! We're going to burn in here! Both of us!" Cassie yelled looking around the ring of fire and the burning red roses. "I'm not worried. But what I really want is Saffy to love me! I can't have there be more pretty girls out there, ya know. I AM THE PRETTIEST! Do you hear me?! Ha ha! Prettier than all of you. Any girl that thinks she is better than me, dies." Olivia picked up a red rose and squeezed it as hard as she could with her hand. Blood began to drip down her palm from the thorns of the rose. "Got it? He he hee." "You're crazy!" Cassie said as she began to walk back. Olivia used her whip to grab Cassie by the arm and spun her to the floor. She then grabbed Cassie's extremely long hair and pulled it back. "I'm gonna burn your hair! Or better: I'm gonna rip it out from your scalp and then put it on me! Ha ha, hee! I will be so pretty." Olivia began to pull Cassie's hair even harder. Cassie noticed the whip lying on the ground. She picked it up and whipped Olivia on her back. Olivia let go of Cassie's hair and fell back in extreme pain. Cassie stood up and noticed that the tip of the whip had caught on fire; the ring of flames was getting closer and closer to them. Olivia jumped up and slapped Cassie in the face. She then took her whip back and began chocking Cassie. "Won't you say I'm pretty, Cassie? Say it! I want it to be your last words, ha ha ha!" Olivia grinned as she tightly held the whip around Cassie's neck. "...No!" Cassie managed to say and kicked Olivia in the stomach. Oliva fell back, out of air. Cassie noticed the circle shrinking. She yelled for help and out of nowhere, part of the circle disappeared and in its place was Oscar with an extinguisher. Cassie ran out and she looked back as the fired closed in on Olivia. "Aaaa! Ha ha ha! I can take this!" Oliva screamed as she scratched her face, causing it to bleed. Olivia caught on fire and cried out in pain. Yelling that she was the prettiest girl in the world and that Saffy would marry her one day. ----- "Sorry, HMR, the boss wants you dead for letting Mizuki get away." Chris said as he pointed a gun to HMR's face. "You can't do this, Chris! We're friends! Why are we listening to Saffy, anyways? He's the one going to the rule the world, not us! Why do we do this for him? He hates us. And he hates humans that have any robotic parts even more. He hates you, Chris." HMR silently told Chris as he stared at the gun. "Look, I would rather be on the winning side then the losing side, okay? And Saffy wants a body bag." Chris got ready to fire. "No! How do you know we're on the winning side? But fine. Shoot me. See how much Saffy will take care of you in the future." HMR began to shed a tear. He stared down at the ground and awaited his death. BANG! Chris pulled the trigger, but he shot another guard standing nearby in the prison. "Look, the boss wants a body bag, okay? I'll give him a body bag. I can't believe I'm listening to you, HMR. Maybe there's more for us and maybe it's not here in Riesgo." Chris put down the gun and stuck out his hand to HMR. "Thank you, Chris. This means a lot." HMR shook Chris' hand. ----- As soon as Cassie and Oscar had finished extinguishing the fire from the flower field, they saw a blue-haired girl walking towards them. "Zen!" Oscar yelled and ran out to her. "Hey, Oscar! I'm back!" Zen hugged Oscar and they quickly sat down on the field. Cassie came running to join them. "Where were you? Are you okay?" Cassie said as she sat down next to Zen. "Yes, yes. I'm fine. Tolby took me, but, well, he's gone now and I'm safe. That's all that matters." Zen happily said, as she stretched out across the field. "Where's Crystal?" Zen asked. "She went to prison for the murder of Darth, Zen. I know you two were friends. But they found her purple laser in his room and Darth dead." Cassie sadly told Zen. "What?! No way! Crystal would never do such a thing!" Zen began shaking her head in disagreement. "My goodness! My field! What happened?!" Dani said. She came running down the hill with Orie on her head. "Uhh, yeah, well there was this girl, a crazy girl, and she kind of tried to kill Cassie. But she's dead now." Oscar explained to Dani. Dani pulled her hair. "Well, as long as this won't happen again. Anyways, Zen! I'm glad you're here! Orie had his full moon vision!" "Dani, this isn't a good time for your octopus and his fake stories." Zen rolled her eyes. "This isn't fake! He always tells the truth!" Dani exclaimed. "Orie said that you are going to die the day of the eclipse, Zen" Dani looked back at the three frozen faces. Chapter 9- Love and Loathe Chris ran into Saffy's throne room yelling. "Boss! We have intruders! Both are women. One is named Pippa and the other Rebecca. That's all I could gather. Would you like me to take care of them for you?" "No. Katie and I will take care of them. Just like we used to in the old days. The time when Riesgo was starting out." Saffy said as he opened up a drawer taking out a pink revolver and a dark blue one. "Oh my! You've kept those this whole entire time, Saffy?!" Katie said as she walked over to take her pink revolver. "Of course, Katie. It was a great reminder of the olden days. But let's go make some new memories, okay?" Saffy smiled back at Katie. ---- Katie and Saffy made it to the main entrance of the enormous honeycomb building, the same building where Saffy lived. They had heard the intruders were within the building, but were unsure where exactly. They figured that the intruders would try and break into Saffy's room to see what top secret information they would find. Once Katie and Saffy reached the hallway leading to Saffy's room, they saw the two intruders trying to open Saffy's door with a hair pin. "So, here you guys are!" Saffy yelled to the intruders. "Why, if it isn't Saffy. We should be honored that the boss has personally come up to kill us," a blonde haired girl smirked. She was wearing all pink, even the hair pin she was using to open the door was a bright pink. "Well, we shouldn't consider ourselves too lucky, Pippa," a shorter woman said. She had light brown hair and wore dark sunglasses. "Oh, Rebecca, it's still an honor. You know, I've known the boss since he was a kid." Pippa told Rebecca as she pulled out a knife. Pippa ran to Saffy with the knife, but Saffy simply kicked Pippa's hand, making the knife fly out into the hallway. "That's it? That's your weapon? It's a miracle you two got this far. Katie, shoot her." Saffy said in a cold voice as he grabbed Pippa by the hands. "But, this goes against everything I believe in. I don't even know why I agreed to come here." Katie looked at the revolver and was ready to drop it on the floor when Rebecca came running towards Katie, punching her in her face and knocking her down. Katie immediately stood up and shot Rebecca on her leg and then proceeded to shoot Pippa in the chest. "Good job, Katie! See, this is the real you. Not that peace-loving hippy." Saffy said as he let Pippa die on the floor. "Hmm, I think we could use another cook now that Hasfusel's dead. Let Rebecca take his place." Saffy walked toward Katie picking her up and smiling. ----- Later that evening, Saffy and Katie rested in Saffy's room. They talked about their past and how they had always been great friends. Katie scooted over closer to Saffy and smiled. "Saffy, I love you." Katie stared back at Saffy's big, blue eyes. "...Katie. I don't love you; I can't love you." Saffy said and stood up. "Katie, I'm not who you think I am. I am not a person that is meant to be loved." Saffy finished as he took off his shirt. "You see, this is where the human heart would be, but no, I'm not human. I have this battery where a heart is supposed to be. Katie, I am a robot. The only thing that I have that is human is my brain. That's where I get my personality, likes, dislikes and emotions from. This skin is synthetic, my hair is fake and my eyes are nothing but glass." Saffy was now staring directly at Katie. Katie could see Saffy's honeycomb shaped battery, it was giving off a dim blue light. It was the only robotic-looking thing Katie could find on Saffy's body. To her, he seemed so human. "What?! How...how did this happen?" Katie began crying. "Ten years ago I was in a horrible car accident. They only managed to save my brain. The rest is gone. But my family insisted that I stay alive and so they had me built back. It was a horrible surprise. I hate myself. I hate that instead of blood, I have electric wires running through me!" Saffy was now starting to scream. "You see, I don't want to ever love anyone. I don't want to ever think about my future with anyone! A robotic object like me has no future with anyone..." Saffy turned his back on Katie and put his shirt back on. Katie stood up from the couch and stared out the enormous wall of windows Saffy had in his room. She ran. Katie ran right into the windows and out into the night. She fell, her blonde hair glimmering in the moonlight and her tears falling with her. Saffy ran to the window and he caught a last look at Katie, as she fell from the 105th floor of the honeycomb building. Chapter 10- Betrayal A big, dark skinned man approached Zen, as she was throwing a coin into the enormous water fountain located in the center of Nayome. "You must be Zen! Yes, don't answer that, I already know!" the stranger told Zen. "Not this again! Let me guess, you're here to try and kill me, right?" Zen sighed. "Well, yeah. Great, you've ruined the surprise." the stranger frowned. "And by the way, I'm Noviwan. You know, thought I'd let you know before..." Noviwan did not finish, because he had crouched down to the ground and had begun to shake. Suddenly, his shirt started to rip off as clumps of hair grew out of his skin. His face sprouted hair, his ears disappeared and new, pointier, ones appeared above his head. His arms and legs seemed to have shrunk and enormous claws took the place of his nails. Finally, his teeth sharpened down to spikes. He was now a ferocious looking bear. Noviwan the bear got up on his legs and growled at Zen. He went back down and began to claw at Zen; scratching her leg. Zen ran to the other side of the fountain, limping all the way. She saw that at the top of the fountain was a statue of a lady holding a spear and a shield. She began to climb the fountain, as the bear began to tackle the base of the fountain, nearly shaking Zen off. Once Zen reached the top, she pulled the spear off of the statue's hand and pulled out the shield, too. The bear then rammed the fountain so hard, that Zen fell over backwards, landing right in the water. The bear followed her in. Zen stuck out her shield every time the bear would claw at her, barely protecting herself. After a couple of swipes, the shield crumbled into pieces and Zen was left with just her spear. She stabbed the bear in the stomach, but it barely did anything; the spear was hardly sharp at all and the bear had a strong stomach. "Tonight I eat like a king!" the bear growled as he opened his mouth and leaned forward to Zen. But at that moment, the bear was shot from behind multiple times. He fell into the water, dead. Standing behind the bear was TBR with his eye gun out. "TBR! You saved me!" Zen got out of the water and ran towards TBR, hugging him. "It was nothing, really. I can't believe nobody else heard a bear growling." said TBR, happily enjoying the hug. --- After the bear had been taken out of the fountain, TBR and Zen headed towards the cafe. "Hey, Zen, do you think you can tell me where you put the spherium?" TBR asked. "Umm, why do you want to know?" Zen looked confused. "Well, if something were to happen to you, I'd like to make sure I can keep the spherium safe. Assuming something happens to you, of course. But you're a strong girl!" TBR explained with a confident look. "Thanks, TBR. I keep it in my bedroom, under the floorboards. But please don't tell anyone!" Zen stopped and made sure TBR nodded. "Hey, let's go to the cafe. I'm hungry!" "I already ate. But you go ahead. Maybe I'll come visit ya later today. I think I'm just gonna go home and relax." TBR smiled as he began to walk away from Zen. But TBR wasn't going home to relax. He was tired of waiting for the Receivers and their failure to follow Saffy's orders. He was taking matters into his own hands. He went to Zen's house, broke down the door and rushed to her bedroom. He ripped the floorboards and found the spherium glimmering back at him. TBR ran out of Zen's house and out of Nayome to Riesgo. Little did he know, Totoro was also leaving Nayome and on her way to Riesgo. Chapter 11- Rejoice? TBR reached the Riesgo gate. He entered the code (which had been changed after Mizuki escaped) and the door opened. He walked in and the door shut behind him. Totoro was hiding not far behind TBR. She had jumped into some bushes and from her angle she had seen the code TBR entered. It was 7-1-0-9. She ran towards the door, entered the code and ran inside. When Totoro reached Riesgo, she stopped to stare at the amazing skyline. She wondered how such an evil place could be so beautiful at the same time. Her dreams of finding her sister always took place in Riesgo. She figured if she snuck around Riesgo, then maybe she'd find her sister or at least get a clue to where she might be. But first she had to rescue Jason. She knew Saffy would keep the antidote with him in his throne room or his bedroom. Totoro snuck past the guard towers and into the entrance of the golden dome building, where Saffy's throne room was. The entrance had an enormous waterfall in the center falling from the ceiling. The entire room was painted a dark blue and the floor had light blue tiles. "Who are you and why are you here so late?" an orange haired girl asked. Her eyes were also a fiery orange and she wore black boots, jeans and an orange t-shirt. "Oh, well, I'm Saffy's new assistant. I'm here to replace that traitor, Zen." Totoro politely smiled back at the orange-haired girl. "Ahh, nice to meet you. I'm Twi. I'll show you where the throne room is," the orange girl no longer looked so serious and instead gestured to Totoro to follow her. Both women took the elevator to the top floor. When the doors opened, Twi brought out a small key and opened the door that was blocking the exit out of the elevator. "This is the throne room. You'll be here with Saffy most of the time." Twi smiled. The room was made out of gold, like the outside of the building. There were pillars lining the walls of the room. Each had a statue of Saffy on top. At the end of the room, completely opposite from where the two girls were standing, was a bright blue throne. "That's where the boss sits. Nobody is allowed to sit there, but him!" Twi pointed to the throne. It was then that Totoro noticed that Twi had a teddy bear hairpin on her hair. "It's you! You are my sister!" Totoro exclaimed with joy, but Twi looked back with a frown. "What?! I am not your sister! You're lying!" Twi yelled. "Yes, see, I have a hairpin, too!" Totoro dug out her teddy bear hairpin from her pocket and showed Twi. "I was lying about being Saffy's new assistant. I was here looking for you, sister!" Totoro threw her hands out and was ready to hug Twi, but Twi pulled out a gun and pointed it at Totoro's head. "You lied to me?! How do I know you're really my sister?! My sister is dead! Nobody tricks me and gets away with it." Twi moved the gun closer to Totoro. Totoro quickly ran behind a pillar, as Twi shot back to her, but she missed. "Aha! So now you're running away! You do have something to hide!" Twi eyed the pillar. Totoro skipped from pillar-to-pillar as Twi shot. But Twi would still miss every time, hitting the pillars instead. Totoro made it to the last pillar. She didn't know where to go and Twi was now running to her. She jumped up near the throne, but before she could get behind it, she tripped on the small dresser Saffy kept. All the contents spilled out of the dresser and Totoro was left in plain sight for Twi to find and shoot. Twi jumped up to Totoro and pointed the gun. "Do it, kill me! Kill your sister. At least I finally found you..." Totoro's eyes were full of tears as she closed them, awaiting the bullet. But Twi fell to her knees and hugged Totoro. "I'm sorry! I don't know why I shot at you. It's just, well, I thought my sister was dead. I thought you were here to fool me..." Twi began crying along with Totoro. "Oh, Twi, please believe me, I am your sister. You don't know how happy I am to have found you!" Totoro hugged Twi back. It was then that Totoro noticed a small vial labeled "Antidote" laying on the floor. She figured it fell from inside the dresser she had tripped over. "Twi, not only am I here to find you, but I'm also here to save Jason." Totoro took the vial and showed Twi. "This is what will bring him back to his human self. I know we just met and we have a lot to talk about, but do you think you can help me save him? Do you think you can join me back in the South Land?" Totoro looked back at Twi, awaiting an answer. Twi smiled. "Why, I've been waiting for you for so long. I had given up and joined Riesgo. I thought I had nothing to really live for. But I have my sister now and I am not letting you go!" Twi smiled back and hugged Totoro once again. ----- The two sisters made it to Saffy's room. Twi took out the key she had used to open the throne room to now open the bedroom door. "Jason should be in here. We sneak in, grab him and then leave. Saffy is sleeping inside." Twi whispered to Totoro. They both walked into Saffy's room. Immediately they saw Jason the parrot in his cage by Saffy's bed. Jason was also fast asleep. Twi whispered to Totoro to stay near the door, while she quietly made it over to the cage. She opened the cage door and grabbed Jason by the beak. Jason awoke and attempted to squawk, but Twi was holding Jason's beak to tightly for him to say anything. Twi and Totoro ran to the hallways and Totoro quickly opened the vial and forced Jason to drink the liquid. In a matter of seconds, the bird began to transform into a human being. "So, you came to save Jason, huh?" a voice said from behind. It was Saffy. He took out his revolver and shot. The bullet hit Jason right on his left arm. "Looks like he's human now, but you see, the bullet that is now inside his arm is a special bullet made here in Riesgo. It contains a powerful poison that will contaminate your entire circulatory system; killing you off in, hmm, an hour or two?" Saffy grinned. Twi, Totoro and Jason all ran down the hallway, but Saffy didn't bother to call security. He just stood there laughing. Chapter 12- The Beginning Totoro, Twi and Jason had reached the Riesgo gate, but stopped to find a small girl with long black hair veiling her face. She wore a small golden necklace that had the name "Charmy" spelled out on a tag. "The boss sent me to stop you three from leaving. Name's Charmy. Now just because I'm a little girl doesn't mean I can't do much. I can do more than you think!" Charmy raised her hand and lifted Twi in the air. "You see, I have psychic powers. This is why I'm so valuable to the boss." Charmy then swung her hand down, causing Twi to fall face first into the dirt. Charmy then lifted both of her hands, making Jason and Totoro go up into the air. Charmy would twirl her hands and her victims would twirl with them. She spun them in circles, backwards, forwards and all around. Charmy grew bored and dropped them to the ground. "You evil little girl, wait until I get my hands on you," Jason stood up and ran after Charmy, but Charmy stuck out her hand in a stopping motion and Jason became motionless. "Ha ha ha! You think you can stop me? What powers do you have?" Charmy giggled. Charmy was to busy laughing at Jason to notice Twi sneaking up behind her. Twi pulled up her left sleeve, revealing a metal hand, and punched Charmy right in the head, causing her to lose consciousness. "Twi! You have a robotic hand?" Totoro yelled back surprised. "Yeah, yeah, no time to talk; we gotta get out of here before this freaky girl wakes up!" Twi punched in the code and ran out with Jason and Totoro following behind. Once in the South Land the trio reached a forest to rest up in. But they all knew the real reason why they were there; Jason was losing energy and becoming weak. "Well, it's been about two hours. I think I'll give you two some room," Twi walked away. Totoro and Jason sat down next to each other under a huge oak tree. "Thanks for saving me, Totoro. I thought I'd never get out of there." Jason smiled back at Totoro. "Of course, Jason. I would wake up every morning think about yo-" Totoro stopped and stared at Jason. She began to cry. "I'm sorry, Totoro! I should have been with you a long time ago! I was so stupid. Now that I can see my death in plain sight, I realize how much of my life I wasted not being with you. I love you so much, Totoro." Jason hugged Totoro as tightly as he could. "You do?! I love you, too, Jason! I always have. My whole life I have dreamed of this moment." Totoro began to wipe her tears. "You gotta promise to let me go now, Totoro. I don't want you waking up every morning crying for me. I want you to be happy." Jason tried to smile back at Totoro. The two then reached out their heads to one another and kissed a long, passionate kiss to make up for the years of not being together. After the kiss, Jason fell back onto the ground as his heart slowly began to stop beating. A single tear fell from his cheek and Totoro looked down at Jason with sadness, the entire scene stopped in time along with Jason's pulse. ----- An exhausted looking woman ran into Nayome, screaming for help. Zen saw the woman and ran to her side as she fell to the ground. "Are you okay?!" Zen tried to lift up the girl. "Please...take this. It holds the answer to stopping Saffy. You don't have much...much...time. Please, Hasfusel's death must not be in vain." the woman handed Zen a blueprint. Zen grabbed it and before she could respond, she noticed that the woman had stopped breathing. She had died from thirst, hunger and extreme exhaustion. "Oh my! Who is this?!" Eliza screamed. "Go get help, Eliza! Run!" Zen yelled. ----- The sun began to rise in the South Land and Zen was waiting for Cocoa to come out of her house so she could show her the blueprint. Cocoa was a very intelligent person. Suddenly, a young, skinny, brown-haired girl opened the front door and was surprised to see Zen there. "Err, hi, Zen. What do you want?" Cocoa bitterly asked. Cocoa had been going from family-to-family in her younger years (though she was still quite young, but old enough to not need guardians anymore) and had never found the right home for her. No family ever seemed to love her and because of this, she was always quite bitter, but very strong. "I need you to check this over. I believe this shows the machine Saffy has been building for years! I think this is what he plans to use to defeat us." Zen eagerly handed the blueprint to her. "So? What do you want me to do with this?" Cocoa took the blueprint and rolled her eyes. "You're a genius! You can figure anything out. I believe there must be something in here that tells us how to stop this crazy machine," Zen told Cocoa. "Hmm..well, wait, there is something." Cocoa pointed to the paper. "Yes, there's a very big flaw here. I guess you could destroy this machine easily and all you gotta do is use a magnet." Cocoa now smiled, a rare sight. "A magnet?!" Zen looked surprised. "Yeah, this thing runs on spherium. If you stick a big enough magnet in the power source, then it'll cause the spherium to crumble, rendering the machine powerless." Cocoa said with her eyes closed. "Great! If only I still had the spherium I found. TBR has no doubt already given it to Saffy and our days are already numbered...that traitor..." Zen talked to herself. Chapter 13- Doomsdayvice The town hall at Nayome was buzzing with noise. Everyone in the entire town was gathered to hear Zen's speech. "Welcome everyone! I'm glad you could all be here tonight." Zen stopped to take a quick sip of water as she prepared for a long speech. "So, I have called this meeting today because we need to do something about Riesgo. Saffy is going to kill us all with this crazy machine." Zen pointed to the blueprint Mizuki had given her. "This thing is supposed to fire some enormous laser that will kill all of us and eliminate the South Land civilization." Zen stopped to let everyone gasp. "What?! This can't be!" Dani yelled. "Oh my, won't someone think of the children?!" Cassie exclaimed. "Yes, yes, it's a horrible thing! Now, there is a way to prevent this. Cocoa has told me that a big enough magnet can fry the power source, spherium, and completely shut down the machine. Sooo, we need to get to Riesgo and throw a magnet into the power source." Zen smiled at seeing everyone's relieved faces. "That's great! There's a solution!" ZBoy yelled. "Yeah, but we can't just stop there. We need to take out Saffy! It's the only way that the South Land will truly ever be safe. And this is where you all come in. I certainly can't do this on my own! I need help stopping Saffy and this horrible machine. It's gonna be a big battle. And that's why I want everyone that's willing to stop Saffy to stay here. If you do not want to, then leave right now." Zen stopped to let the ones that wanted to leave exit the town hall. And many did leave. About 95% of Nayome quickly got up and left; none wanted another battle that they felt would end in tragedy. "Nobody has hope...but thank you to all of you that stayed!" Zen wrote down the names of everybody in the town hall and gave it to EB, the mayor. "These names are gonna be important; save them." Zen proudly handed the sheet to EB. "Hmm, so there's you, Twi, Totoro, ZBoy, Dani, Oscar, Eliza, Cassie, Cocoa and that's it? Why there's only two boys in this group, too!" EB looked surprised. "Actually, there's two more people that will be joining. Tyler and Crystal. So three boys! And hey, what's the matter with all the girls?" Zen yelled back. "Uhh, nothing. Just odd, I guess. Wish I could go, but I've got to stay and be the mayor here. And Crystal is in jai-" EB was cut off by Zen. "So?! I want her with me!" Zen screamed. "Fine, fine. Follow me." EB got up out of his seat and left the town hall towards the prison. ----- "Lenyo! It's about time you got here, geez," Chris smacked Lenyo in the back of his head. "So-sorry...uhh, hello boss. I'm here to test your Doomsdayvice." Lenyo told Saffy, but refused to look at him in the eyes. "About time! Gosh, you scientist are slow. Now hurry up! I want to fire this thing immediately, do you hear? Or are you deaf?" Saffy stared at Lenyo. He had been much more cruel lately to everyone after Katie's death. Lenyo moved a knob on the odd honeycomb machine that held the spherium. The same machine that Zen had seen on her last day as Saffy's assistant. Suddenly, the ground began to shake and split in half, but it was not the ground that was splitting in half, it was two huge metal doors underground. A laser that looked like a giant telescope at an observatory, popped out. The honeycomb machine that was holding all the spherium was pulled by a conveyor belt beneath the ground towards the laser's interior. It was clear that that was the power source. After the power source was locked behind a metal door within the laser, it skyrocketed into the clouds. About half a mile up in the sky, it stopped. Lenyo began to climb the ladder behind the laser to get to the computer. Once there, he entered the password and aimed the laser to Nayome, but when he pushed the "Fire" button, nothing happened. Lenyo knew what the problem was and had to go back down to tell Saffy. "Umm, boss, I'm afraid the laser is not ready yet. You see, Doomsdayvice is barely absorbing the power of the spherium; it's going to take at least 24 hours for it to be ready to be used." Lenyo said as he stared at the ground. "You idiot!" Saffy slapped Lenyo in the face. "I have to wait a whole day until I can begin destroying those fools?!" Saffy's left eye began to twitch. "Yes, sir...sorry..." Lenyo apologized and ran back to the lab. "Whatever, boss. Tomorrow we start the process! Tomorrow we will finally rule the world!" Chris laughed. Chapter 14- The N-Team (This chapter's a bit longer, but it'll be fun to read! Though I had to shorten down the fighting scene. Might post it when I'm done with the story) Before the team could leave to Riesgo to stop Saffy and his horrible machine, they needed to stop and get weapons first. So, they went to see Tyler, the provider of many kinds of weapons. Tyler had it all. From gasses to grenades. "Hello Tyler! I missed ya at the meeting!" Zen told Tyler. "Well, yeah, I gotta watch these things." Tyler, a large, beard-less man said pointing to the box of guns. "Hmm, that's why we're here. We are gonna need weapons and we are gonna need them now! All of us here are going to stop Saffy and put an end to Riesgo!" Zen smiled proudly. "Wow, that's a little unrealistic. Your team is so tiny." Tyler laughed. "Yeah, well, are you going to come with us or just give us weapons?" Zen asked. "Both. I wouldn't miss this action!" Tyler smiled and began grabbing guns from the boxes. He handed everyone small machine guns, two grenades and kept the flamethrower for himself. "Look, I'm running low on supplies. I know I'm supposed to have everything, but I just haven't been able to get ahold of much more." Tyler told the group. "It's okay, this will help us out a lot! Let's go! But, umm, we need a name. What should we be called?" ZBoy asked the group. "It's obvious that we'll be the N-Team! "N" for Nayome." Crystal smiled. "Sounds familiar, but sure, that works, Crystal..." Oscar said as the group left the shop and on their way to Riesgo's gate. Once there, Cocoa brought out her laptop, plugged it in to the passcode lock and worked her magic. She hit the keys, stuck out her tongue and in no time hacked the code and opened the gate. "Amazing! Great job, Cocoa! And I can tell that Saffy did change the passcode," Twi said as she glared at the computer screen that showed the code. The N-Team ran into Riesgo, not knowing what to expect, but they were greeted by the psychic girl, Charmy. "What?! You brought friends?" Charmy stared at Totoro and Twi. "Whatever. This will be easy." And before anybody could point their guns at Charmy, she had waved her hand and had instantly collected all their weapons and thrown them behind her. "Ha ha! Easy!" Charmy laughed, but like always, she stopped paying attention and Dani threw Orie at her face. "Gaah!? What is this disgusting thing?!" Charmy tried to take it off, but Orie was holding on tightly to her hair. Eliza sneaked up and punched Charmy in the face, knocking her back into the empty riverbed (Saffy had drained the water out after Zen, TBR and Crystal used it to escape and had blocked off the exit of the river). Eliza ran to a grenade and threw it into the riverbed. BANG! "Why did you do that, Eliza?! Orie was still in there!" Dani's eyes began to water. "We have no time to waste, besides, it was distracting her." Eliza guiltily said. "We have to go now! I think I see the machine over there to the east!" Zen pointed. The N-Team ran towards the machine, but a shadowy figure emerged from the darkness of the night. It was Saffy's latest recruit, Kozunai. He was a master of stealth. He took out a small radio. "Boss, we have company." Kozunai whispered. ---- Before the N-Team could reach the enormous laser. They were stopped by Kozunai and about 10 other Riesgo soldiers. "Ahh, welcome to Riesgo, guys. Now the boss is a little sad that he didn't get to be here to welcome you guys, but I think we should be enough. Everyone, kill them!" Kozunai yelled to the soldiers and pointed towards the N-Team. "I'm sure that thing has a computer at the top; let me go see what I can do!" Cocoa yelled back as she ran towards the laser. "I'll cover you!" Oscar yelled, whipping out a machine gun and firing at a nearby soldier. Though the soldier was wearing protective gear. Cocoa began to climb up the ladder and Oscar nervously covered her. When Cocoa reached the top, she broke out her laptop again and connected it to the main computer of the Doomsdayvice. She punched the keys, opened up some programs, unscrambled some numbers and immediately the entire system shut down in the Doomsdayvice. "Yes! I did it, Oscar!" Cocoa yelled back. "Good! Now come and help me!" Oscar yelled back as he shot a soldier in the forehead. But at that moment, a shot was fired, a different sounding shot then the ones around the N-Team. Cocoa fell to the ground, dead. TBR and Saffy ran to the group. "Nice shot, TBR." Saffy smiled. "Enough everyone! You've done good." Saffy looked around and noticed that two of the N-Team members were dead. While the others were protecting themselves behind some metal boxes. The two members that had been shot to death were Eliza and Cassie. Crystal fired at Saffy, but the bullets were stopped by a forcefield around TBR and Saffy. "Ha ha! Fools. Kozunai, will you please page Lindstrom?" Saffy said and began to laugh. Kozunai whipped out a small remote, pushed a button and after a minute or two, a robotic figure flew down from the sky. It was Lindstrom. "Ahh, this is my latest creation. He used to be a soldier, but he was horribly dismembered. So, the doctors here figured they'd save him by making him this robotic freak. Well, they saved him, alright. But is he happy? Who cares. At least he listens to me. Lindstrom! Capture these idiots over there!" Saffy pointed to the N-Team. "Yes, boss," Lindstrom said in a robotic voice and his right hand turned into a net-launcher. From there he shot out multiple nets, capturing the N-Team. The nets were specially designed to instantly tighten when they captured something and that's exactly what they did. The nets were so tightly wrapped around the N-Team members, that they were unable to even keep ahold of their weapons, let alone fire them. "Lindstrom, will you take these people to the prison? I'll think of something to do with them." Saffy ordered Lindstrom and walked away with TBR. Chapter 15- The Afternoon Before The End "What do you mean it's not ready yet?!" Saffy yelled at Lenyo. "Well, that girl, umm, she really messed with the system. I gotta fix it before we can actually use it." Lenyo nervously said. "Fine! Fix it, but fix it fast!" Saffy glared at Lenyo and walked away. ------ The sun shined through the small window above the prisoner's heads. The N-Team had been captured and taken there since the previous night and now it was noon. "Oh God! I can't take this anymore! It's soooo boring!" Oscar yelled as he pulled his hair. "We'll find a way out. Somehow..." Zen started to think. "I wish I had my little purple laser, but sadly that's "evidence" for the murder that I supposedly committed." Crystal sighed. "I don't think anybody here really thinks you killed Darth, Crystal. At least not after everyone found out TBR was working for Saffy." Oscar told Crystal. It was then that HMR and Chris walked to the cell with a big grin on their faces and with keys. "HMR and Chris? What do you guys want?" Zen asked. "We're here to set you guys free." Chris smiled. "What?! But why? Aren't you working for Saffy?" Zen said as she walked up to the cell bars. "Well, HMR convinced me that there's no future here; that what we're doing is wrong and not gonna help us at all in the end. Saffy's the only one helping himself." Chris began to unlock the cell. "And I'm supposed to be dead, so Saffy doesn't even know I'm here right now, ha ha!" HMR laughed. Chris opened the cell and the N-Team ran out skipping and jumping with joy. "Thank you, you two!!" everyone yelled. "Okay, okay. We need a plan here." Zen tried to quiet everyone down. "I am gonna go and find Saffy and make him pay for everything he's done." Zen walked over to their weapons that had been confiscated and took out a gun. There were only two other weapons left and one grenade. The rest had been taken by the soldiers. "We're also gonna need someone to guard the gate and make sure everything is all clear for when we try to escape." Zen looked at everyone to see who would volunteer. "We'll do it!" Totoro yelled and lifted her hand and Twi's up in the air. "Good, thanks. Now the rest can come with me and help me defeat Saffy!" Zen yelled. Everyone nodded and followed Chris and HMR out of the prison and out to the lands of Riesgo. Totoro and Twi ran towards the gate, Totoro holding the second gun in her hands. Dani carried the grenade and HMR carried the third gun. But Tyler had stayed behind to tie his shoe and ZBoy ran down to the prison to get him to move out. "C'mon, Tyler! Everyone has left; we need to go, too!" ZBoy pulled Tyler up. "I'm goin', I'm goin'." Tyler got up but froze as soon as he saw a robotic figure coming towards them. "Saffy has strict orders that no prisoners are to escape. I am supposed to kill anyone who tries to escape." Lindstrom's left hand changed into a machine gun and he pointed the gun towards ZBoy. Tyler pushed ZBoy out of the way as Lindstrom fired. ZBoy and Tyler ran up the stairs and out of the prison, but Lindstrom quickly followed. Once out there, Lindstrom fired a grenade that blew up right in front of their faces, barely missing them. "I must kill you now." Lindstrom pointed the gun to Tyler and ZBoy, who were laying on the ground, scared. Tyler then elbowed Lindstrom right on his leg, causing a dent in the leg. Sparks began to fly from the leg and Lindstrom was unable to stand up, so he fell to the ground. "Man, he's made out of some cheap materials!" Tyler laughed. "Let's go, ZBoy, while he's on the ground!" Tyler grabbed ZBoy and ran. ------- "Guys, we're missing ZBoy and Tyler!" Crystal yelled to the group. "Oh well. We can't go back for them, they're probably dead." Chris said as he approached the golden dome building where Saffy's throne was at. "Alright, here's the key, Zen. This will open the elevator door to the throne room where Saffy should be. Me and HMR will guard the elevator once you guys go in. Good luck." Chris handed the key to Zen and everyone ran inside the building. They passed the enormous indoor waterfall and ran to the elevator. Everyone, except Chris and HMR, squished into the tiny space and Zen got ready for the confrontation she had been waiting for. The doors closed and up went the N-Team, minus two members. The elevator door opened and Zen brought out her key, she opened the small gate that stood in the way and in ran the team together. "What's this?! How did you fools escape?" Saffy frowned and called over Kozunai. "Kill them!" Kozunai ran down to meet the group. Zen pointed the gun at Kozunai, she shot, but Kozunai was no longer standing there; he moved with ninja-like stealth. Kozunai took out a revolver, similar to Saffy's and started to shoot at the group. Everyone scrambled. Kozunai would fire from behind the enormous pillars that decorated the room, but the N-Team would use them as shields from the incoming bullets. "He's just one person. This should end him." Dani threw the grenade to the opposite side where Kozunai was at and... BOOM! The throne room had its western wall completely blown off and Kozunai had also been killed by the blast. The room was filled with dust, smoke and debris. Zen decided that it was the perfect moment to sneak up to Saffy. She ran towards the throne, but Saffy was gone. Behind the throne she noticed a small door on the floor that was opened and had stairs leading down. She figured Saffy must've gone down it to escape. The stairs took Zen back outside. She could see that Saffy was now at the Doomsdayvice. She ran towards the laser, she knew she didn't have much time. She grabbed a horseshoe shaped magnet from her pocket. Saffy reached Lenyo, who was still working on the computer. "You're not done yet?!" Saffy exclaimed. "No, boss." Lenyo glanced back at Saffy and then back to the computer screen. "I want you to shoot at Nayome right now! I want to destroy the South Land now!" Saffy was now glaring at Lenyo. "But boss, it's not ready yet!" Lenyo for the first time yelled at Saffy. "I don't care! Just do it!" Saffy furiously yelled back. Lenyo had no choice. He turned on the laser and began to set the coordinates of Nayome. But before the machine got ready to launch into the air, Zen opened the door that held the power source, threw the magnet in and jumped to the ground. The Doomsdayvice shot into the air and began to whirr and buzz, but the magnet was quickly causing the spherium to weaken. "Oh no, there's something wrong with the power source!" Lenyo told Saffy. "And I can't stop the machine; I haven't put up the option to manually stop it yet!" The Doomsdayvice immediately retracted back to the ground. The laser fell onto the ground, causing a massive hole and it shot an intense ray that left everyone near it blind for a couple of seconds. The laser shot its beam underground and immediately the ground all around Riesgo began to shake as if an earthquake was happening. Zen regained her sight and she could see a helicopter approaching her. She recognized the pilot, it was HMR along with Chris and the N-Team members who had accompanied her to the throne room. Chapter 16- That Sinking Feeling HMR landed the helicopter near Zen and got off to help Zen up from the ground. "Are you alright, Zen? Oscar, Dani and Crystal told us you had disappeared, so we came looking for you," HMR grabbed Zen by the hand. "I'm fine, than-" Zen suddenly saw TBR and Saffy running towards the main building where Saffy lived. "I...I gotta go!" Zen ran towards Saffy and TBR, not even looking back at the helicopter or at Crystal who was yelling her name. "Where the heck is she going?" Chris asked HMR. "She's going after Saffy. Maybe we can go land on the roof of the building Zen is headed to and help Zen out?" HMR looked around at everyone, but Dani was getting uneasy. "Look! There's a bunch of Riesgo soldiers walking this way! And even helicopters! I'll take care of them." Dani pulled out a grenade launcher that was sitting in the back of the helicopter and ran outside towards the soldiers. "She's insane!" Crystal yelled. "Yeah and that'll help us fly by without being harmed. Let's move out, HMR!" Chris signaled for HMR to launch off, but Oscar motioned to stop. "Twi and Totoro have been alone for quite some time, I'm gonna go see how they're doing." Oscar got out and Crystal jumped out with him. "I'll join you." Crystal smiled and they rand towards the direction of the gate. The ground still rumbling beneath them. ---- "Look, Tyler!" ZBoy pointed to something on the ground. "Why...it's my flamethrower! Oh my! It's just here! Thank goodness; this will help us." Tyler picked up the flamethrower and smiled. It was then that Lindstrom flew down from the sky and pointed his arm-gun at them. "No prisoners are to escape!" the robot yelled. "Get a taste of this, Lind-bot!" Tyler pulled a trigger and the flamethrower shot out a devastating flame. Lindstrom shot a bullet, which passed through the flames and into the the flamethrower, causing an explosion that knocked ZBoy, Tyler and Lindstrom back. But ZBoy and Tyler were left with minor scratches and burns, while Lindstrom had completely caught on fire and began to melt. "See, you are made of cheap material." laughed Tyler. ZBoy then noticed that Lindstrom was ready to shoot one last bullet to Tyler and so he jumped in front of Tyler, taking a bullet to the thigh for Tyler. "ZBoy!" Tyler screamed and went to ZBoy. "I'm okay...I think. Let's just head back to the gate, Tyler. I want to ge-get out of here." ZBoy cringed in pain. Tyler nodded and lifted ZBoy up to his back. But the ground began to tremble and open beneath them. A huge crack appeared under Tyler's feet and suddenly the crack widened and Tyler fell into the darkness of the earth along with ZBoy. ----- Twi and Totoro were growing bored of waiting for the N-Team to come back. They had even seen a burst of light in the distance and wondered what it was. While the two chatted amongst themselves, a bloody hand appeared out of the empty river. "What's that?!" Totoro shrieked. A young, black haired girl emerged from the river. She was covered in blood, her right arm was missing and part of her skull was showing. Twi noticed a golden necklace around her. "Charmy! She's back! Quick, shoot, Totoro!" Twi shook Totoro and Totoro brought out her gun and shot three bullets to Charmy, but Charmy quickly made a stopping motion with her left hand and froze the bullets in the air. "We never finished our little fight, ha ha!" Charmy then threw the bullets back at Totoro, all of them hitting her in the stomach. Totoro collapsed in pain and dropped the gun. Twi quickly grabbed it and shot back at Charmy and again she was too distracted with her laughing to notice the incoming bullets that penetrated her head, making her fall back into the riverbed. "Totoro! We need to get you help. Stay with me!" Twi was about to pick up Totoro when the ground opened up beneath them, causing both sisters to fall into an infinite blackness. As they fell they reached for each others hands and closed their eyes. ----- Oscar and Crystal continued to feel the ground shake beneath them. They began to worry. "I don't know what's going on. We should hurry to the ga-" Crystal stopped Oscar and pointed to the gate which was now nearby. Oscar looked and saw that the gate itself was falling underground. "What's going on?!" Oscar exclaimed. "I don't know...but let's get out of here! Let's go...let's go to...I don't know." Crystal sat on the ground thinking. "There's nowhere to go. Look behind you, Crystal. All of Riesgo is being swallowed by the earth." Oscar sat next to Crystal with wide eyes. Crystal glanced back and saw the ground vanishing piece-by-piece. She began to cry. "...What do you think Ken is doing right now, Crystal?" Oscar looked back at her and smiled. "What?!" Crystal looked confused. "I mean do you think he's playing or something?" Oscar's eyes began to water. "Oh...I hope so. I gave him a ball of yarn before I left. It was a big bright blue ball. He loves yarn." Crystal tried to smile back at Oscar. "I bet he's really happy right now; having a lot of fun with that yarn." Oscar began to feel the ground open up. "Yeah...I hope he is..." Crystal glanced back at Oscar's smiling face for the last time as she and him plunged into the earth. ----- Dani shot out grenades left and right as if she had done it all her life. She blasted Riesgo soldiers and helicopters out of sight. "That's for Orie!" Dani yelled in triumph. She then noticed a small young man walking towards her. "I come in peace, ha ha," the gentleman smiled. "I'm Lenyo and well, I think you should get out of here before it's too late." "Too late? What do you mean?" Dani asked. "You see, the Doomsdayvice has just fired its enormous laser into the ground. If my predictions are correct, the rumbling you're hearing and feeling is the disappearance of all the mass, or all the ground, beneath Riesgo. I'm afraid all of Riesgo is going to collapse deep down into the earth, hundreds of miles down." Lenyo gloomly said. "No...that can't be. I have to warn everyone! Zen just went into that building there! Let me start with her!" Dani ran towards the main building of Riesgo but was shot from behind by a soldier. She fell to the ground and all she could think about was warning the others. It wouldn't have mattered, because at that moment the earth opened up and took down Lenyo, numerous soldiers and Dani. ----- "Aren't we going to help Zen, HMR?" Chris asked. "No...I'm flying this thing out of here. I don't want to be on anyone's side. I just want to get the heck out of Riesgo finally." HMR said quickly. "Ha ha! I agree, man, I agree." Chris headed to the back of the helicopter to look for some drinks, but it was then that bullets came breaking into the helicopter, hitting HMR in the chest. The helicopter spun around and dove down to Riesgo. Chris ran up and took control of the helicopter and was able to land safely on the ground. "Man! That was close. Hang on, HMR. I'll see if there's some medical kit in t-" HMR grabbed Chris in the arm and motioned for him to stop talking. "There's no point...I'm gonna die, Chris. And I want you to know that I had many good times hanging out with....with...you." HMR began struggling to breathe. "No, man, you're gonna be fine! It's just a couple of bullets! We'll fix you right up. We'll get you an iron chest! Yeah. That'll help. Right?" Chris noticed that HMR had stopped breathing. Chris sat back down and punched his seat. "This isn't fair! Why..." Chris began to feel the helicopter shaking. He heard a loud crumbling noise and he immediately noticed that the ground beneath them had disappeared. He then looked out through the glass and saw nothing but darkness; he felt weightless. That's all he saw as he and HMR's body fell into the mess caused by the Doomsdayvice. Chapter 17- The Final Inferno Zen ran to the enormous honeycomb-shaped building. When she came inside she caught a quick look at Saffy and TBR leaving up on the elevator. She payed attention to the numbers above to see what floor they'd stop in. She guessed the very top floor, where Saffy lived, the 105th floor and she was right. When the elevator came down she stepped in, pushed the button labeled "105" and she went up. As she passed dozens of floors, she had some time to herself. She thought about Nayome. She thought about the Receivers. She even laughed when thinking that it was her who was about to confront Saffy. The elevator doors swung open and Zen stepped out. She noticed that at the end of the hallway, Saffy's room door was opened. She ran passing what seemed like hundreds of portraits of Saffy, but the last portrait was one of Saffy and Katie smiling. She entered the room, only to have the door shut behind her by TBR. "We were expecting you, Zen." TBR calmly said. "Yes, we were. And I think it's time that I take care of a very important matter." Saffy said, but never glanced back at Zen. He just stared out the window. "And what might that be, your highness," Zen mocked. "It's killing you." Saffy stared back with a frustrated look in his eyes. "TBR! Finish her, please! She's been nothing but a pain since she came to Riesgo. She's poisoned me! Poisoned me with her idiotic behavior!" TBR's eye-gun popped out further from his socket. He aimed steadily at Zen. "Any last words?" TBR smiled. "Yeah; you're a traitor, Roger. C'mon! What are you doing here! You can't honestly support everything Saffy is doing? And everything he does, he does it for himself. Open your one and only eye and see what's been going on, Roger!" Zen screamed at TBR, using his real name. "The boss helps me out. He gives me a purpose in life. I feel rewarded for all this; I get to join Saffy in his world domination and be on top! I am not gonna step off and join you losers." TBR got ready to fire, but it was then that something came into his mind. A memory. TBR remembered Molly, his girlfriend. The one thing in life that he loved more than anything. He remembered coming back home on a late night. Saffy had had him training new recruits; a job which wasn't his. When he opened the door to his bedroom he had found Molly brutally murdered. She had been stabbed and shot multiple times. When he came back to Saffy the next day, Saffy only told him that "it was for the best" and that "she was interfering". "You had her killed, didn't you, Saffy?!" TBR directed his attention to Saffy now. "Do not say my name! I am above you." Saffy yelled back at TBR. "And yes, I did have her killed, so what? You would be late sometimes or you'd have to leave early other days for her. You'd be distracted." "I can't believe this! I've been blind since I started working for you. You do only care about yourself, Saffy, you could care less about me and what I've done! I loved her, Saffy! I loved her so much. I quit." TBR pulled his eye gun back into his socket as he got ready to exit. Saffy pulled out his revolver from his pocket and shot a bullet straight into TBR's eye-gun. The impact caused sparks to fly out of TBR's head. "Aaaa! My head! It hurts!" TBR grabbed his head in pain and fell to the ground. His right eye rolled into the back of his head as he died. His brain had been completely fried. "I don't care about you TBR and I never have or will. You're one of my workers and I am way better than you. You like me for that same reason; because I have power. Ha ha!" Saffy laughed and stepped on TBR's face. "You're next, Zen!" Saffy pointed the gun at Zen who was still shocked from the horrible sight of TBR's death and his past. But at that moment, the lights went out and the entire building began to shake. Saffy fell to the ground and so did Zen. But Zen took advantage of the moment to crawl out of the room. She noticed stairs up ahead, she could see them from a faint light coming from a window. She ran to them and climbed the stairs. The stairs took her to the roof of the honeycomb building. She ran to the side and looked down at Riesgo. She saw buildings crumpling, people disappearing into the darkness of the earth and she heard glass shattering everywhere around her. Her eyes were glued to the amazing and the equally devastating site at Riesgo. "You little brat! Don't you think I saw you running out! But now I've got you. You have nowhere to go." Saffy brought out his revolver, but again the building shook and he fell to the ground dropping his gun. Zen ran over and picked up. "The power you have is horrible, Saffy. I'm gonna end your evil reign right now!" Zen shot out multiple bullets at Saffy. One hitting him in the head, others in his hands and arms and another in his chest. It was then that Zen noticed that Saffy was not human, but a robot. The bullet holes revealed wires and electric sparks. But the bullet hole in his head revealed a brain encased in a thick glass. "I am not a human, Zen. These bullets don't hurt me at all. But this will!" Saffy's skin on his hands began to melt off and beneath were two robotic hands. Sparks began to shoot out from them. He then got up and punched Zen in the face, knocking her back from the pain from the punch and the electric shock that came with it. Zen jumped up and began to kick Saffy, but Saffy would block every hit with his arms. Saffy then grabbed Zen by the leg and shocked her whole entire body with a jolt of electricity. Zen flew back to the ground. Saffy came running towards her but Zen got up to meet Saffy and punched him straight in the gut or at least where his gut would be. Sparks flew from Saffy's stomach as Zen's hand was caught trapped within the stomach. She received even more extreme shocks, but when she took her hand out, she pulled wires from Saffy's insides. "I can't believe this is you, Saffy. And you hate robots so much..." Zen threw the wires to the floor and tackled Saffy to the ground. She punched him twice, but Saffy grabbed her blue hair and burned it with his electric hands. Zen screamed in panic and began to put out the flames with her hands. Saffy reached over for the revolver that was on the ground and pointed it to Zen as she was distracted. He pulled the trigger plenty of times, but only one bullet was left and it shot straight to Zen's stomach. "Guuuh!" Zen clenched her stomach. She looked at Saffy, the robotic human. And behind Saffy she saw a full moon. "You know there is such a thing as an octopus who can see the future." "What are you talking about? You're lucky there was only one bullet left. But now your luck changes, Zen. I will strangle you with my bare hands!" Saffy got up and his hands began to glow intensely. "It's time you pay for all the murders you have committed; for all the lives you've ruined! For the grief you've caused and for the blood that you've let spill across the world. Today Riesgo dies with you, Saffy!" Zen ran full speed at Saffy who waited for her. He attempted to stop Zen's attack at him, but she came at him too fast and his hands were unable to shock her out of the way. He pushed Saffy to the edge of the roof and Saffy fell, but managed to grab on with his hand. Saffy looked down and he saw his precious skyline disappearing. He saw the throne building collapsing into the ground. Everything was vanishing from sight and into the darkness underground. The building began to tremble even harder than before and Zen fell backwards to the floor. Saffy managed to hold on and he began to pull himself up. But Zen saw him in time and she ran at him again, this time she jumped in the air and pushed Saffy from the ledge and threw him out into the open air. Both Saffy and Zen fell. As they fell from the rooftop, Saffy punched Zen in her wound. Zen felt an intense electric shock throughout her body and began to feel faint, as if she were about to lose consciousness. But she fought back and grabbed Saffy's arm and pulled it out from her bullet wound. She kicked Saffy towards the building. Saffy's whole backside scrapped along the honeycomb building and his head smashed so hard against the concrete, that the glass keeping his brain sheltered, had broken and his brain had fallen out. More sparks flew from him. "You're dead, Saffy...and look at your kingdom, it's dying with you. Good riddance." Zen looked away from Saffy's disfigured body to the bright full moon that shined down on her. "I die with victory and with all of the people who fought Riesgo." Saffy and Zen fell deep into the earth and the honeycomb building, the remaining sight at Riesgo, fell with them. It had taken Saffy years to build his kingdom, but it only took a short while to have it taken away and by a few people who had enough courage to face the darkness. |

This is different! I like it! It almost seems like 1984 in a way.... I don't know why I compare everything to that.

So are they actually animals or is the text just being censored?
Because I read the entire thing imagining them all as gazelles, lions, and tigers. XD |

Please, Zen. I am tuned in to some things. I was asking whether it was intentionally censored like that or not. I would be more entertained had everyone been animals, buuut I suppose they're just average humans. Ah well~ |

I was soooo bored. But yeah, they are humans. Sort of. You got those robotic humans. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I forgot about the censors; I'll try and find a way to avoid them. |
