taking and sending. I may look somewhat annoyed from my recent defeat, where I did not manage to score a single hit on his team. Ugh, his guys have ridiculous speed for what they are. Plus Sleeping Powder is supposed to have 75% accuracy. That means it should miss one in four times. grr. =/

I'd say it's fair that luck favors me, at least when you and I fight. All of your moves were reduced accuracy moves and they all missed, whereas I landed 3 Sleep Powders. I couldn't believe Dr. Blight outran Lenoir though.

He outran my Rapidash as well. I think EVs must have something to do with it since both have much higher base speed stats than Drapion. Would account for a lot in previous matches, as well.

I'd guess you've overestimated the differences in speed. I suppose next time if I check her speed when she's 50 capped I could report it to you.

edit: she's 51 with 141 speed, so it's probably like, 139 or something at 50. Maybe your guys are just really slow for their species?

Iunno, but anway:

Drapion has a base speed of 95, compared with Rapidash's stands at 105 while Gengar's is at 110.

Rapidash is 57 with 151 speed (odd, I reckoned it'd be higher; I've raised her as a main from the beginning of the game)
Gengar is 55 with 144 speed.

Hm, your guys are pretty well trained. My ideal match against you would be using guys that had been freshly caught, so maybe I'll stand a chance when we do your tournament thing.

Do you have friends at your school that are similar to you in what you are interested in or are they mostly friends just to have some but you'd rather have better ones? Does that make sense?
