Which Character would you Marry?, Out of the Bachelors/Bachelorettes which one would you marry? Options

They're listed on the Japanese wiki as candidates but they're still not confirmed yet.

If that does turn out to be true I take back what I said previously (about marring Kamil or Ash) and I choose Dirka instead. Although there is a good chance when I actually get the game I'll change my mind again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) .

Hm, I did get a date scene with Dirk. But I really can't say for sure if he is a marriagable candidate. The reason I can't say for sure is because it was only the first date and you never know if it could be a fake out or not.

Yup, it could be like Sunshine Island where Alisa had a entire set of heart events and you couldn't marry her. If he just wasn't marriageable I wouldn't mind, but if they have a bunch of scenes and then you can't marry him I'll be a little disappointed. But there are still plenty of other people to marry so it's good either way.

Okay about my post about Dirk. I will have to really get back to everyone on that. The reason is because I am flip flopping between my girl file and my guy file. I'm mostly playing as my character Ryouichi (Bluebell guy file) over my Shinonome (Konohana girl file) at the moment. I'll try to break away from my guy file some time this weekend and hopefully be able to tell everyone more about what is going on.

I seriously thought that you could marry Alisa in Sunshine Islands until recently.... But they just put in heart events, only to have her refuse your proposal? That's so cruel... (of them) =.=
I hope it's not like that this time... But I'm sort of expecting that....

I dont mind if Dirka is not marriageable (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) It helps me eliminates one of my bachelor candidates, esp there is only two save files :x And it is always nice to experience events with both marriageable and non-marriageable characters, I think it makes the game more entertaining and more interactive rather than just taking care of crops and animals, and wooing ._.

(Well not the "experience the events" part, if you mean get heart events for nothing.) I think it just gets up peoples false hopes only to be disappointed in the end.... and that's not nice.
But I thought it was funny you could propose to Taylor in AP. xP

And to be fair I actually probably wouldn't marry any guest character, because I'd want to marry someone new.

Well, my game finally got here... And I have to say, I'm starting to regret making a girl file now, because all of the male marriage candidates suck. Seriously. I hate them all. Every last one. I don't want to marry any of them. At all. Whatsoever.

Chihiro makes me cringe (oh my god he looks like a seventh grader (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-gonk.gif) ), Michail makes me want to punch kittens, Killik(Kiriku) strikes me as one of those annoying manly-man types (which I despise), Kamil seems like one of those "nice guy" types (boooooring), and Ashe is a duxking brat who's gonna get my fist in his face if he doesn't shut the duxk up. UGH.

At this point, I'm probably gonna quit my girl file, start a boy file, and marry Kenja-sama. XP

EDIT: I wish you could marry Ilsa, the Konohana Town mayor. She's my favorite character in the whole game.

I've wanted this game for a while, but ehh... Looking online, all the marriage candidates sorta suck except maybe the alchemist and possibly Licorice. The interesting characters - the female mayor and the travelling gourmet - are dedicated singles. =/

Yeah, the alchemist is Kenja-sama. (Or Sage-sama/Mistress Sage, whatever the duxk you want to call her) She's a pretty cool character, and Licorice shows promise. I have yet to meet her in game though, so... we'll see.

Oh, and if Dirka turns out to be a marriage candidate, I'll probably go for him. He was actually one of my favorite characters from Wind Bazaar (despite his shouta-ness), though I only really wanted him as a friend, not a husband. Seriously though, he kicks the balls off all these other lamewads. :P

I know right. I mean I thought Pierre was childlike, but Chihiro is way worse. He even has a generic child hairstyle. But not all the marriage candidates are bad. I never liked Pierre because of the childish looks (actually it was more of the way he acted/personality). But I like Chihiro. He does look childish yes but I'm looking past that because he's a very sweet guy. There was a topic on Ushi about this whole thing too but it was about Lumina and if it is wrong to marry her because of her age. Its a game, guys, I know the character looks young but look at the big picture. I know a 20 year old that looks like Chihiro, completely childish, but he can still date, and all. (I don't know why I am using a human as an example for a video game but oh well).

That rambling aside, I probably would end up marrying Kamil. (I always spelled it Camille in my head, because it sounds better, though) Though if I had to have a second choice, probably Chihiro for the sheer heck of it.

Out of the girls...I can't decide. On looks alone, probably the Bluebell town girls, but at the same time...I do like Licorice...

*sighs* Well, after playing more, I've decided that if Dirka isn't marriageable, I'll go for Ashe because I think he's somewhat adorable (even if his personality makes me want to punch people sometimes).

It is confirmed on Ushi that Dirka as well as Alisa are marriagable. (Now, that I'm playing SI as well as TV. I hope I don't confuse myself and myself think that Alisa is marriagable as well. I'll laugh at myself if I do try to marry her in SI). I'm currently right now courting Chihiro for my offical girl file. Deleted my guy file and now I'm courting Nana. I might hold off though and go for Alisa instead.
