I saw the trailer for this last week, it didn't look great but I was still kinda excited. Then Friday came around and I had completely forgotten! I'll check it out later

When I first saw the topic title I was like "Oh hell no", but then I found out it is a fan made video (could be wrong) but then I thought to myself "Eh, guess I'll give it a shot." Couldn't be any worse than the independent Zelda movie I posted a ways back, eh?
I downloaded it and will watch it later. |

>.< Well, for the record it's not quite as bad as the Zelda movie, but it's not much better either. And... actually, the Zelda movie had one major thing over this film - the music. The music in that independent Zelda movie was really well done, but the music in this is cliche and trashy.
Hmm... actually, speaking of that Zelda movie, what happened to it? I remember trying to revisit the link to it some time ago only to find that it had been taken down. |

Alright, so I just finished the movie...and it was on par with the Zelda movie, however I have to agree with Mizukithepanda, the Zelda movie did have better music.
One thing I did have to point out of the overuse of lens flares at the end. There was an After Effects (video special effects program) plugin released a little while back that makes all these various "preset" flares and I recognized them. lmao. This made it very cheap for me because I was aware of the effects used, but I think 99% of the viewers out there haven't so it would look very cool to them. Final Score: 3/10 Will watch again: lol no. Would recommend? Ehh, nope. |
