Oh wow I'm sorry, you guys. "Tastes like Diabetes" specifically refers to adult-onset type II diabetes, which is basically caused by too much sugar, to grossly oversimplify.
But back on topic, the new years' festival lasts for five hours. You have plenty of time to run home, change your clothes, and come back. |

Zboy: Its supposed to be 13. But it went waaaaay over that limit.
Traditionally, I think you get a letter announcing the pregnancy. Thirteen days later, your baby is born. Its different for whoever married the special candidates. |

I am going on a shopping spree at the New Year's Festival! I am going to buy all the Luxury appliances, as well as all the mask's. Several clothes as well, but I haven't decided which ones. And lots of hats!

Ah, no, it should be seventeen days after the discussion event. Fourteen days after the theoretical "letter" that you get if you marry a normal candidate.
I dunno, lack of a social life? :D? I haven't been playing hardly at all lately; Wii gets stuck at some other house and I don't get to play it and all that good stuff... I'm just waiting for my American copy. |

The guide is a big fat liar at times. The added days are the days between the discussion and the letter; if you're going to go with thirteen days between events (I.e. not counting the day of the actual event) then it would be sixteen days after the discussion event.
