Animal Parade Horses, Giddyup Options

I know everyone's more excited about families, spouses and their children at this point (or even getting the game, period, and when!), but I want to know a little about the horses in AP. :P

If I remember, correctly, in one rival scene with Kathy and Owen, there was a horse in the background with leg markings. I thought that was cute. Yeah, call me crazy for noticing that with Kathy and Owen having a funny moment in the foreground.

Do all the horses have leg markings now?

Are there any other markings?

What colors are there to get? The same as ToT?

I don't have the game yet, but I did some researching...
So far I read that the horses only come in the same colors as TOT.
Reddish, Brown, Black, & White.

I think getting horses is kinda useless with the taxi service thing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif)
The Only Profit you can get form them is breeding and selling them. The mirAcle Potion I think cost 1.5k I think :>

Do animals actually die of old age in this game? My animals never died in ToT...

I do know your animals died of old age in ToT. I believe Hamilton came to give you the bad news, and then you go to the graveyard to see your animal's tombstone. :D

Hehe~ But yes, I know.

In past HM games, I use to love horses because they were great transportation from point A to point B. These days, I get horses for the same reason I befriend the wild animals: (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) I just love them. And I love to ride them. I know in AP you can ride just about anything, and then there's the taxi service, but I don't think that will change my mind too much to the point where I think the horse is obsolete. ^_^ Even when I had the ostrich in ToT, I liked riding the horse more. Even if I had nothing to do and just wanted to waste game time.

I will probably get a horse in AP, just to have one I suppose.
