Character limit Options

Lately some users have been bypassing the 30 minimum character limit for posts with bbcode and random characters. From here on out, your account will be suspended for 24 hours if you abuse it.

All things considering, is it so hard to fill a post with more content to reach 30 characters?

You'll have to pay attention, Darth, but thankfully there's a quick reply feature so you can quickly tell if someone is using bbcode to evade it or not.

I think thirty is the perfect number. I pretty much never have any trouble meeting the limit, and even when I do it's an easy fix. =3

But then, I'm very talkative . . . and tend to babble a bit . . .

Oh well, I think it's a cool idea, will make it so people can't spam, no 1 word posts, unless that one word is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-iia.png)

I noticed the character limit counter but not the topic that says if I use .,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,. I'll get a warning (Yes, even after I see the counter I want to post .,.,.,.). Ah, such shame. I'll have to actually start using my head now. Maybe I'll lengthen my words and add eth onto the end or everythingeth.

30 really is an easy number to reach. Also thanks for the post count Jason. It really helps because I can't tell you how frustrated I would get when I would hit the "Add Replpy" button to find out that I don't have enough characters. Let me tell you, it is FRUSTRATING!!!
