Well I was thinking that this would be the final release date without pushbacks, but on the Natsume site they were talking about Sunshine Islands going gold, making it sound positive that it's going to be released on the currently set date for it. There wasno news about Animal Parade, making me all of a sudden not feel very positive... :(

I really do hope that it gets released on time, but in all reality, I'm expecting sometime in the first week of November for there to be a pushback of a week.

I really hope I'm wrong, though!

;-; I still can't afford the American version, what with the debt I've racked up.
Marley needs a jooooob. She doesn't even know any kids she can babysit, and that's the way most kids her age get money. [/randomthirdpersonoutburst]

They vary a bit. Can't remember exactly how, though, 'cause my brain's made of swiss cheese and I don't even remember the ToT festivals.

Aha, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) D I'm bothering to get the guide (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) Mostly because I had some money on hand and wanted to spend it ;.; I'm not good with cash. And if you need money, Marley. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I make some by Pet sitting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) That's how I got money for this. 10$ a day adds up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalagrin.gif) Plus tutoring. But I'm thirteen, dunno about you. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I have yet to get tutoring people >-> But Im sitting on my idea (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) *stubborn*

For starters, I can't stand animals. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Rather, I don't like dogs, and I'm allergic to cats. Children, as long as they're potty trained, I can handle.
I am sixteen and an honor student; I could very well tutor people. Problem is, by Thanksgiving, with fingers crossed, I'll be in National Honor Society; it would be silly of me to charge money for tutoring when I could so easily get points for doing it... More points=more money in the long run, yes yes. (Though, my tutoring strengths are rather limited: Algebra I, Biology, Grammar... not much else.)
Unfortunately, no one's eager to hire an unexperienced sixteen-year-old.

My money problems aside, I'll always have the Japanese version, at least.
And I'll never get the guide. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) For starters, I know how to get through the game already, and all the other stuff.

Aww, I'm a pet obsessive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) But I'm allergic to cats too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) it just doesn't stop me from loving them and owning one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) But I'm in honors language arts, and since I moved from New York, people seem to think that's ... bigger. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) Plus I won my school's writing contest, which sounds good on my fliers. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif) But anyways, I'm getting the guide also since I'll be able to CONTAIN myself with that for the 3 days I'll have it before I get my game (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaevil.gif) I pre-ordered from gamestop along with overnight shipping, so yay! And congrats on getting on the National Honor Society. I'm pretty clueless so I only have a vague idea of what it might be, but it sounds fancy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Woo hoo! Congratulations! I am all adult-like, so I used a credit card. My school credit card, actually... the one I'm supposed to buy books with. Meh, my parents never look at my bill, so it doesn't matter, I guess. And I'm also getting the guide, but I want it for the pictures and to see what they say. Mostly, I want to compare it with what I already know, and see if there is extra fun info, like character background, etc.

So I guess the "god's" name is officially Harvest King now. It's kind of off now, with the Harvest Goddess, and then the King. Hmm...

On the website above, at the bottom description it says Harvest King.

I've heard the name going around for the English translation, but I'm just hoping it's a minor error and not the true name in the game. I'm used to Harvest God and Goddess, not Harvest King and Harvest Goddess...

They probably just changed it to King because religious parents (and other people) would throw a fit about there being 'God' in a childrens' game. Goddess is okay, because the most widespread religions in America don't have a Goddess, just a God. =/

But that's my guess as to why they changed it. I still think it's silly (more that people would throw fits rather than the fact that they changed it).

Yeah, for parents like mine. They have been freaking out about the Harvest Goddess ever since I started playing HM.

Wow. My parents honestly care less about what I'm playing and if I start talking aout it they either tell me they don't care, ignore me, or get confused when they try to understand...

My parents don't give a crap what I'm playing; I could be playing a game of Murder Is Awesome™, and they'd just be concerned that I did my homework before I started playing. Yet I still play childish and generally inoffensive video games. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) They'd be more concerned if I were neglecting my animals than they would be about a character called God.
