LOL! Yeah, when I played MM (my first HM game), and I announced that my character (had to be specific about it being a game) was pregnant, my sister walked in when I was in my second season of pregnancy and she asked if I was showing. I said no. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) That would be cool. Or maybe, like, you can't do certain things, like mining or something. You could milk your cow and do stuff like that, but no riding your horse or anything like that. And you'd have to eat (or maybe that's just my idea; sure it may get kind of annoying, but not that hard if you still get lunchboxes from your spouse, and it'd only be for a little while) during the pregnancy.

Eh....ok, I think I'll wait to buy the seeds. Sigh. Oh, well. If I'm being honest, I don't really start getting into planting and farming until I have a good handle on things and have the money to spend on it. I spend my first year or so saving money to buy a farm and a cow, then work off of that and stuff I can find around town, fishing, and mining. It's always much easier to do mining before you're married and have a good sized ranch going. You spend the morning working on all of that, and by the time you get to the mine, it's the afternoon, and it takes until late at night just to get to the good mining area. Sigh....

I plan on mining a lot in winter. I won't have any crops and I'll only have to take care of my animals. I need to get more ore so I can upgrade my tools. Also if you get married, you should still grow crops and mine because you can just have your wife water the crops. Also I can't wait for new years eve in the game because if you've shipped a lot of the stuff you find on the ground and on beaches all year, you can win 600 lumber for 1st place, 400 for 2nd, and 200 for 3rd. I need that 600 lumber. And you can win like 1000 stones if you win the mining contest according to Fogu.

And wow, that's a lot. So, like, you know how it seems so much more expensive for everything? Does that also mean you get more Gold for stuff, too? Like, cheese in ToT was 160 (is that right? Maybe not...just go along with it....), and now it equals, like 260 or something?

According to Fogu, decent cow cheese sells for 190, good sells for 280, perfect sells for 370, and perfect sells for 560. Sheep cheese sells for a bit less.

I don't really remember how much things sold for in ToT but I'm gonna assume they sell for a little more in this game.

Yup, the villagers have those outfits in this one. I prefer the fall/winter outfits.

The music is good. I like it a bit better than the ToT music. And I'm not sure about multiplayer.

And you can wear your clothes whenever you want. You start out with the summer outfit and winter outfit, but you can wear either one. I wore the winter outfit in summer and the shorty shorts in winter, and there didn't seem to be any recourse. I stick with the gothic and fantasy outfits now, though. I think most of those fun extra outfits are either/or outfits anyway.

I got a weird event the other day. I went into the Inn and talked to Mai's mom behind the counter. I think the character talked to her and then her husband during the event. I remember there being a 10 in the text when talking to Jake. No idea what they were talking about. Anyone know what event I'm talking about? Sorry I'm not being specific but I don't remember much about it.

I can read Katakana and Hiragana but most of the time I don't know what the Hiragana words means. And I don't buy english HM games anymore. I don't like how Natsume changes people's names. And I don't have an American Wii. I chose to get a Japanese one instead.
