I would assume if Marvelous says nothing about XSeed doing the localization, Natsume automatically gets the rights to translate...So pretty much, yes, they have as of now...

I think the Witch and Wizard will only participate in festivals if you invite them or get married... they never seem to leave their houses except for events.

Hey Nurse, I know I already asked, but I can't find where to buy the random seed bag for seasons. I'm at Rukora's shop right now, and I don't see any option for it.

Do I need to upgrade the store?

My options right now for seeds are turnips, cabbage, strawberry, grass, tulips and lettuce. If I need to upgrade the store, is it like in ToT, just selling more?

Here are the first things I noticed about marriage:

-The participants at the wedding ceremony are a combination of your friends and your spouse's friends (so out of my friends Roomi, Cathy, and Sheila, and out of Juli's friends Chihaya, Gil, and Bran. Miori came of course, and so did the Mayor. Simon takes a group picture afterward, which you can send to your Wii as a message attachment)
-You can choose what you want your spouse to call you
-Spouse still makes lunch for you
-You receive ferry tickets for a honeymoon (oh my..)
-New heart level for spouse, so now there is a total of 20 hearts instead of 10.
-When you talk to your spouse in the morning, you can choose between these options: Talk, Go for a walk, Ask for help (on farm)
-Spouse's portrait appears on your file in the save/load menu


And these are the marriage requirements:
-Cleared all 5 heart events
-9 hearts for your intended spouse
-House must be at least lv2
-Acquired the blue feather (can be found on the peak of Garmon' Mountain, 45 levels up, from 5-7PM on days with decent weather)

Hmm, I don't know. I didn't need to upgrade to store to purchase the random seeds. They should be one of the last options, probably between Tulips and Lettuce.

I was just thinking the same thing...though it sounds like it'll take a very long time to get the blue feather...45 floors between 5-7 pm...It takes me like 12 hours game time to get to the 30th level of a mine...-sigh-
