Thanks, although I don't remember seeing random seed bags at the store. If I remember, I see turnip, cabbage, strawberry, grass, tulips.

Actually, in one scene it also shows your kids with Luke, and that girl is not one of them. Plus, it is the boy that takes after the father, not the girl. the boy taking after the father is speculation because of what we've seen so far. we dont know that for sure. and I dont think you do see your kids with Luke. I just watched it and definately didnt see any. plus, if you watch the good commercial and the intro, both Anissa's kids and Renee's look EXACTLY the same. if the daughters look like the mom, wouldnt you at least expect different eye color and different hair?
MOD:: Quick grammer correction ;)

MORE expensive??? Oh.... Thanx Fin. And also, what does your house look like and what are some of the TV programs??? The house is noticeably bigger and you start out with a calendar, unlike ToT (you still have to buy a TV though). There's a lot more freedom in where you place objects this time. When you upgrade your house to lv2, you get a free Double Bed (which is nice, because the requirements are 100 lumber 100 stone and 25,000G, which pretty much burned all my money away). The Television Schedule: Rainbow Weather Forecast (host: Elli) / All Week Harmonica Station (host: Gil) / All Week Mai's Doki-Doki Cooking / Mondays, Thursdays Exciting Animal March (host: Chloe) / Tuesdays, Fridays Juli's Fashion Check / Wednesdays, Saturdays Shop Shop Shock (host: Simon) / All Week Sprite Rangers (the best show ever) / Sundays I love Sprite Rangers because it's exactly like something I would come up with. Herbal is a super-villain and Gil wears evil villain sunglasses. It's great. |

There is a lot more foraging in this game, and I usually make at least 800G a day (if I have a crop harvest or did a lot of mining it's usually more like 4000G), but yeah, everything costs a lot more, purchasable foods cost about 2-3 times as much as they did in ToT. I haven't even bought any cooking utensils or furniture yet because I don't have a lot of money.

What are the festivals you've encountered so far, and what do you do in them (Well, not all, maybe just the fun ones.) And, are the festivals like ToT at all???

Yes, I think so, but it's easier to raise heart levels now. So far I have the snake at 2 hearts, and the black cat at 1 heart, just from visiting them every now and then (I'm at the end of summer year 1). Wow!! A snake!! Yipee, I'm going to love this version! What's the snake look like Fin? |

What are the festivals you've encountered so far, and what do you do in them (Well, not all, maybe just the fun ones.) And, are the festivals like ToT at all??? So far... Spring 14th - Flower Festival I think this is a romantic festival, but it was too early for me to celebrate it with anyone. Simon will take a keepsake photo for 100G. Spring 28th - Animal Festival There are 3-4 different stalls set up selling dairy products. You can enter livestock contests, pet contests, or animal races. Simon might take a picture but I don't remember. Summer 7th - Firefly Festival Another romantic festival. Like the Flower Festival, Simon will take a photo for you. Summer 17th - Summer Festival There are 3 different stalls selling drinks and fish dishes. You can enter two different kinds of fishing contests; one for the biggest fish, and another for the fastest catch (I think that's what it was, I didn't enter). Simon takes more pictures. Fall 14th - Moon-gazing Festival Haven't gotten this far yet, but I can only assume it's a romantic event Fall 27th - Harvest Festival Haven't gotten this far yet. There's a Circus on the 22nd of each month, once you have a family you can take them with you. There's also a side-quest where you find the runaway circus animals, but since I don't have any cooking utensils, I haven't made any progress with it. You have to find the missing animal and give it its favorite dishes before you can return it to Theodore. QUOTE What's the snake look like Fin? It looks like one of those green garden snakes to me. Hey Nurse, do you buy seeds only in groceries shop? Or somewhere else? I don't think I see the random seed bags there, unless I'm not looking hard enough.

Everything is a lot more expensive in this game. You start out with a small bird coop and barn though. Lv2 Barn: 30,000G, 40 Wood Lumber, 50 Material Stone Lv2 Bird Coop: 24,000G, 30 Wood Lumber, 20 Material Stone I think there are more color choices for some animals. There are black goats now, anyway. Yes, I think so, but it's easier to raise heart levels now. So far I have the snake at 2 hearts, and the black cat at 1 heart, just from visiting them every now and then (I'm at the end of summer year 1). Thanks. |
