Yeah, actually the snake seems to have taken a liking to me ^^' It can be found by the entrance of the Garmon' Mines on sunny days, so I see it often.

I'm fairly certain I'm going to marry the Witch and the Wizard now. Grown up Luna just seems to awkward to marry in this game... I'll let all the rivals get married though.

and I want everyone to know I loathe everyone who ever called Luna lovers pedophiles. its your faults they changed her. and all I want is her to go back to her cute self rather than awkward tall Luna.

I think her height change is for the better. It makes GillxLuna a much...acceptable couple to me. It might be my own problem, but I had a bit of trouble picturing Gill with little Luna.
It's so hard for a taller girl to be loli-tacular these days...

But I have to agree, I love that outfit. It would look great with the ribbon. :D

How is the mine? Same gasses and whatnot?

ya. if they are rivals, Gill can marry Luna. cuz sincei hate the change completely, im not gonna try.

I wouldnt mind so much if they made her hair longer, to TRY and make her look the same. but I wouldve still hated it fully. I mean, everyone was saying she looked like she was 8 so everyone was a pedophile, but the actual children in the game were half her size.


and finny, I love you for the videos, but you lied. you said they didnt make any new character meshes. but they absolutely destroyed one of them (luna) so my guess is they did destroy Owen.

Edit: Nevermind, I was able to translate it. It seems when you start the game, the hot springs located next to your house doesn't work. Or what I got was that the water was cool, and not warm. I guess it has to do with the bells.

On a side note, I noticed Nurse is playing as a female character. Since I'm playing as a male, I guess I can show you the costumes you can get. Granted, I play slower than Nurse does so I won't get rich and buy everything as soon as possible, so please bear with me.

Obviously, we've all seen the first costume for the male so I'll skip that.

Those are all the things currently available in the clothes shop. If anyone is playing, I took them in the order they are sold. Sorry, I didn't want to type out all the names. So if you want the baseball cap, it should be the 4th item in the shop.

I still haven't activated any rival events yet (I think they activate at 4 hearts now), but the Wizard says that Gil likes Roomi, Luke doesn't like anyone yet, and, urk.. Ose likes Cathy. He better keep his hands off her.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif) I don't like it when my favorite girl has to be paired with my least favorite guy.

Hey Nurse, I was wondering if you could tell me how to use the hot spring next to your house? It's there, and I try to use it, but I get some message which I can't very well read (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

Also, do you know what things the witch likes? And in what season can you find a hibiscus?

You need to complete Alan's Bell quest before you can use the hot springs.

The witch likes pumpkins and blackberries.

And, um, you get a hibiscus as a gift from Samson. Once Sheila starts working at the bar, she will give you a letter to her parents and you have to deliver it for her. Once you do that, you'll get a hibiscus. You can buy hibiscus seeds from Cocot Inn later (they grow in summer), but it would be easier just to use the one you get as a gift.

It's probably hard for a lot of people to confirm yet if the God and Goddess are marriage candidates. It's possible they could be after you complete the main objectives of the game, but it'll probably take more than a few days for people to find out for sure.

Also, I can't help but feel a sense of current relief that Luke is not interested in anyone, so my interest in marrying him can be guilt-free. Though I'm sure that'll change soon. Thanks a lot for all this info, Nurse Fin!

Since I'll probably get the game for Christmas, I've got a few questions:

1. What items did you need to unlock the Witch?

I don't think I'll be able to figure these things myself since I can't read kanji.

1. You need Perfect Butter, Hibiscus, and Good Corn Flour.
---You can get the butter early on if you buy it from the Animal Festival, or you can make it yourself.
---For Hibiscus, you need to have completed Ben's Bell quest; go to Ohtori Island and meet the islanders, then once Sheila starts working at the Bar, deliver her letter to her parents and they'll give you a Hibiscus.
---Good Corn Flour is probably the most difficult ingredient to get... you can either buy a bunch of random Summer Seeds and hope you get a corn plant (I'd also recommend fertilizer), or complete Koron's Bell quest and buy Corn Seeds from Thyme's delivery shop (you need to have met Pat for the General Store to sell them) or if the farm has updated its stock, buy from them. I did the first method, though if you complete Koron's Bell in Spring it would be easier to buy from Thyme. Once you have a Good (or better) Corn, go to the Water Mill in the Caval Meadow and turn it into Corn Flour.

2. I'm working on writing a guide for them right now. I've completed 4 of the bells so far, the only one left is Edge's.

and Nurse Fin, do we know if the god and goddess are the final marriage candidates or not? its bugging me that the games been out for a couple days and I still dont know.

Nobody knows yet, right now it's still an assumed "yes"
Since no new characters have popped up out of the blue, I'm pretty sure it's going to be the God and Goddess.

Besides, one of the Nintendo Dream articles said "Maybe you can even marry the Goddess" which is usually a pretty solid confirmation if it's coming from an official source.

lol. divorce town. I love it. but we dont know exactly. maybe Luke and Selena arent a couple. the girl in the intro looks exactly like Luke (maybe she has pink eyes idk I cant see) but maybe its the daughter your character has with him. it shows your kids with Anissa, Candace, and Renee, so it could be yours. and Luke and Selena could still be rivalless

You can take your time with the bells, I think.

For Alan's quest (spoiler free version):
1. Go to the 10th floor of the mines, see event
2. Go to the blacksmith's, see event
3. Wander from the blacksmith toward the carpentry shop, see event
4. Go to the blacksmith, see event
5. Collect 1 of each: Iron Ore, Copper Ore, Silver Ore, Gold Ore (not appraised by Miori)
6. Bring them to Raksha
7. Go back to the 10th floor of the mines

I'm pretty sure that's everything. If you can't trigger the event, try visiting the Goddess first. You can find Iron, Copper, and Silver Ores in the Garmon' Mines, but no Gold Ore, since you can't descend past the 10th floor. To get Gold Ore, you need to start Ben's quest-- go meet Pao in the lighthouse and talk to him a couple times (ask about the lighthouse, then the bell) and he'll give you the key to the Water Cave. You have a fairly good chance of finding Gold Ore around floors 15-30.

I'm pretty sure random seed bags are just be named after the season, like はるの種 or なつの種

Everything is a lot more expensive in this game. You start out with a small bird coop and barn though.

Lv2 Barn: 30,000G, 40 Wood Lumber, 50 Material Stone
Lv2 Bird Coop: 24,000G, 30 Wood Lumber, 20 Material Stone

I think there are more color choices for some animals. There are black goats now, anyway.

Do you still adopt the wild animals like in ToT or is it different?

Yes, I think so, but it's easier to raise heart levels now. So far I have the snake at 2 hearts, and the black cat at 1 heart, just from visiting them every now and then (I'm at the end of summer year 1).

Actually, in one scene it also shows your kids with Luke, and that girl is not one of them. Plus, it is the boy that takes after the father, not the girl.
