Where can I buy eggplant seeds or buy a eggplant thats not a flee market??

You buy the seeds at Ruth's ( where they sell seeds ) but only in the Fall. You can't buy an eggplant.( only at the flee market. )

Actually you can buy a Decent Eggplant at Souffle Farm in the fall.
