Woah, Chicken, that is amazing, I wish my friend that draws our manga did that great :D
I particularly love the shading, that is always what I have trouble with D:

Pretty nice, I always had problems drawing realistic things (contour lines always messed me up), but you seem to have a knack at it. You'll probably get high marks for that one.

Thank you, and thank you. Even if you can't draw realism, your drawings are really cute. :)

A pretty common subject for art classes is to draw your own hand with as much detail as you possibly can, using only a pencil. Her teacher probably wanted her to make it more interesting than just a hand so she probably picked up whatever was laying around when she got to work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/emot-ms.gif)

My least favourite things are hands and feet. I hate drawing feet.

At my school I'm known as the artist who can actually draw hands and feet good, there are other people who like to draw but they all lost the "details" contest in art class. I was surprised because I thought they would win because of all the detail they put on the clothes of their drawings. But she said that clothes don't count no matter how well you do them, the real focus was body proportions, hands, feet, and the face.

They aren't so easy to draw. It takes a lot of patience and/or practice. :(

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) For one second I thought you were going to draw an actual pencil.

Heehee, nope. :D That would have been good. I titled it that, because I'm infamous for saying, "I can't show you a pencil drawing, because I don't have a scanner."
