For a while I've been into Surrealism in art and movies. I just watched Eraserhead the other day, actually. The ending really creeped me out, it was like watching someone else's nightmare. But anyways, I found this Polish guy a while back who does surreal art. If you like artwork that's not gory or violent but still manages to haunt you, click here.

Eeeeeeh... That freaks.

It's like one of those really nasty nightmares which make no sense but scare the heck out of you. *shudders*

The site didn't seem to work for me. But I guess that's ironic since it's on Powweb (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)

I didn't really see anything that haunted me or anything like that. I shrug at them.

I believe you need the latest version of Flash to view it. That might be the problem. But I know nothing about computers, so if it's not that, I'm stuck. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalasad.gif)

That was...
Strange.
The only one that really caught my eye was the one with all of the strangely shaped head mountain things.

I've always loved the artwork of Beksinski.
I can get a ton of unnerving pictures for this thread, if anyone's interested.

Watching the film The Machinist reminded me of this. You should really watch it, Domeki. The atmosphere is simular to that art, for some reason.

the paintings were beautiful but also painful I saw such pain and sorrow within the paintings it seams they have a yurning for freedom but tied down by destiny and there were so many crosses almost as if it was one of the things that held then down so deep in despair and it also makes my think of the black plague with all of the dead and near death bodys they just made want to shed tears for them.

Hey it's not bad! The music is nice and so are the pics but they kinda remind me of sad memories... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalacry.gif)

Those pictures are pretty tame, but I dunno, working as an EMT I think I've already seen all the really horrific stuff.

Anyway, here's a contribution:
