I did all his heart events.

But he still say NO!!!

Is his heart red? I think it has to be red even though you get the blue feather when his heart is orange.

-Red heart
-Husband bed
-Met all the other characters including Mark
-Church
-Large house

and obviously the blue feather

To meet Mark you need 50% percent of the island so basically it's just like meeting all the characters.
