I need to know all the ingredients but im in summer and it said I need a fall and winter fish but I want to get to the island really soon so I can get the penguin........will a grilled fish work.....

No, you must use a Saury, which can only be caught in Fall or Winter. Also any and all of the cats will give you a Saury once they reach four hearts.

Fish, but it takes at least three seasons to raise their heart to four...

Saury was actually the first fish I caught in Fall. You can catch them in the Ocean from Waffle Island, if you haven't gotten one already.
