The red circle are random, out of place and not good. The green confetti looking stuff on the hamsters ears is kinda strange. And the text color doesn't flow. The quality of the picture isn't all that great same them as .PNG files, that will make the qualty 50x better
And if you using GIMP, look up tutorials on how to do more things Like render images. ( Youtube is a good place for it.) It just takes time and practice to beable to do "breath taking" things. Also, Downloading Brushes from Deviantart can help with the style of sets or other projects. Google it, type tutorials in on Youtube, and look up brushes or style tutorials on Deviantart also.
