You guys also have to remember that these are only pixels! Just because they don't have any doesn't automatically mean they don't have respect or people don't realize they pretty much run the site.

Yes, sure, pretty, and they deserve it but I don't think they absolutely need a picture just because they're good at running the site. It's not a big deal, I think us treating them nicely and with respect is better than having a Chick under their username.

I think events pertains to things like the calendar festival events. Some other helpful stuff too. I think HS got theirs from posting so much artist spotlight fodder for example.

Well first your not just given medals, you have to earn them. ;)

No, I'm pretty sure Jason does most of the handing out. I usually go to him for ones, like when I had earned my ? medal, and he's also the one who gave me the ♥ medal.
