I would apologize for the double post, but no one has posted since I did, over a week ago.
So, I recently drew these pics, and then I scanned them, slapped them on GIMP, and colorized them. (IMG:http://th00.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/I/2012/292/a/9/shadow_of_my_inner_self_by_hsgisme123-d5ibyug.png) (IMG:http://th00.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/I/2012/292/0/3/anachronism__with_color__by_hsgisme123-d5iboz4.png) (IMG:http://th01.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/I/2012/292/a/2/sophie__the_cyber_mermaid_by_hsgisme123-d5ibta6.png) I really gotta stop getting bored in school... |

Heheh. I always draw during class. It's usually when I have time too though, not because I'm avoiding work. Except in science. UGH, SCIENCE.
Keep it up. :D |

Ooh, really cool.
I used the smudge tool on the original drawing, once I colored over it, though. Keep it as separate layers, and smudge the bottom one. Basically, zoom in until you can see the pencil strokes, and then start smudging. It works best if you shaded it in with pencil first. (IMG:http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs71/I/2012/293/f/e/your_eyes__can_be_so_cruel_by_hsgisme123-d5ieejy.png) Same thing here. Just taken to new extremes. The original is on the previous page of this thread, I do believe. |

I saw those on DeviantArt. B]
I like the Satan goat's design. And I really like how you designed the sphere, Rebecca. I use "colour to alpha channel" in the layer options in GIMP to get rid of the white background for my pictures and just work under the lineart layer. Works out very cleanly. First -> Coloured digitally. Also good if you start lineart on white while drawing digitally instead of a new layer. >> << /Oops This is really old though. I should scan something and do it again now that I have good pens and a tablet. |

But, seeing as I no longer have any "professional" art journals, notebook paper will have to do. |

Yeah. Notebook paper makes it harder. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)
I usually just use normal printing paper for linearting. NOVIWANMADEMELOLX[ |

That "sphere" was the hardest thing to draw. The last time I did a Labyrinth fanart, I still had crystal balls, but there were three, and they were smaller, so it looked better with the hand. This time, I just kept erasing and erasing because it was either too big or too small, until eventually I said "to heck with it" and went with it.
I was more surprised how I could make Sarah in the crystal ball look as real as she did. |

I will apologize for the double post, but I colored the better of my Phantom of the Opera fanart-thingies.
(IMG:http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs71/I/2012/293/f/d/say_you__ll_love_me____by_hsgisme123-d5ifvc1.png) I'm not quite sure what I like more.... The mask, the ribbon, or Christine's dress.... |

I'll just go ahead and apologize for the triple post. The last one was made sometime last week.
I colored in a character for my story! (IMG:http://th06.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/I/2012/283/0/6/oliver_by_hsgisme123-d5hfzf7.jpg) original (IMG:http://th07.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2012/297/1/f/oliver__colored_in__by_hsgisme123-d5it1cq.png) colored in! |

Me and my mum for Halloween party.
(IMG:http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/68339_10151082907661086_459040849_n.jpg) Us again, from left to right: (Pinkwig) My Mum, (Bane) My Brother, (Alice Cooper) My stepdad, boyfriend, me (IMG:http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/527502_10151082600886086_959013443_n.jpg) This was funny; my brother got really drunk-- the time caps are correct :) Sleepy Bane. (IMG:http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/68477_10151082597801086_792262528_n.jpg) and yes, in the second picture-- he was totally asleep. He's a lot like a child like that. |

I took these to show the designer of this outfit, but here's Rosalva in her fall clothing.
(IMG:http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b55/Mizukithepanda/046-1.jpg) Here's Rosalva and the 15th Anniversary cow. (IMG:http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b55/Mizukithepanda/047A.jpg) And a closeup. Indoor lighting sucks. I can never get her eyes (which are actually light purple) to look like anything but dark cesspools in pictures. |
