Fifth Generation Of Pokemon? Options

According to PokeBeach.com there's significant reason to now believe that there is a new collection of Pokemon to be announced soon :D Perhaps come the next movie we'll be seeing some new ones. They just love to keep making more, don't they?

At this point I would really prefer if they just rounded it out to 500 and (finally) went online than making new ones. It's getting ridiculous at this point.

I'm hoping they'll just go to 502. Why 502 and not just 500? Because they've never left the total Pogey count at a number ending in 0, of course. I see no reason for them to do that when it's all over.

I liked it when they just had the first generation for a while it lasted like a year or two and it never got old but when they relased gold and silver I was excited to see new pokemon and when ruby came out I was sorta excited ( not as excited for gold because it was the first time they added in more ) because they had all these cool lookin pokemon, but then they came out with diamond and peral and I wasnt really all that excited I mean sure I wanted the new game and to see the pokemon but it wasnt that good to come out because they realsed other pokemon games around the time they relased diamond and pearl, so there startin to make new pokemon to fast is what im trying to get at. And that picture to me where they thought it was a 5th generation pokemon looks like a chimchar in some kind of tree and hes hanging upside down with some parts of plants blocking its head

6th generation?Isn't it too quick?They just started making Platinum,and the Ash/Satoshi and his friends are not even half way through their Shinnoh adventure.

Now THAT would be annoying. Cause then you just get these annoying Eevee-evo teams to cover the needed bases. Eevee was just fine with Water, Fire, and Lighting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalatounge.gif)

That being said, I'm scared to see more next Gen. Not only does it make me feel old (first gen-lover anyone?) but also, if the last Gen was any indication, they're seriously losing their touch. They're making the Pokemon too complicated in design, often borderline absurd and silly. Plus they just keep pumping out more and more Legendaries, which is also absurd.

Actually you're wrong, in an interview with one of the creators of Pokemon, it was clearly stated that Pokemon would never end... as long as they could recycle the same plot over and over again for new audiences, then they would keep making Pokemon.
