Uhhh. Jolteon? (To Kozunai) And Electrode was the fastest Pokemon ever before Gen III.

I'm pink and cuddly, but still quite a beast! My random attacks will 2HKO you, at least!
I can create blizzards, storms and fires, but despite my small wings, I'm not much of a flier.
