I have been down to the spring mine to the hundredth level but I can't find the power berry. Is this a glitch? And how do I get the last one?

I don't believe it's glitched. It's random where it will be, so you kind of have to just dig all around on the 100th floor until it shows up. Make sure you bring lots of stuff to restore your stamina so that you can have the energy to dig.

It's been a while since I played FoMT but I think I made use of both save files so I have one before I enter the floor and the RNG assigns the items to each space.
