Actually, what's really funny is that Calvin ended up being like Cathy... I never cared for either one of them at all; I thought they were boring, even after reading their dialogue... until I actually got the game and was like "wow"... now I've got a pixelated girl-crush on Cathy and Calvin moved up to #3 on my list.

So there's no guarantee that your opinion won't change after "meeting" the characters in-game... of course, my favorite has always remained constant, but still. Characters that I thought would be more interesting were suddenly outshined by those I didn't even think twice about.

Luke and Chihaya are still the most popular guys by far. Dx With this stuff, it really depends where you go and who you ask. Lots of girls seem to dislike Sheila and Cathy because of their clothes, and/or hate Mai because she is Chihaya's rival. Most of the reasoning is pretty superficial since so few people have the game yet.

And when people say they can't stand Roomi because of the clothes she wears, it hurts my feelings a bit </3

Honestly, I think I'll end up marrying every one on my different games. I don't dislike any of them at all, but I do have favorites. So I don't think I'll never marry one person.

And I like Shiela and Cathy just fine. I don't think clothes are a good reason to dislike somebody but I've noticed that most girls dislike other girls that wear revealing clothing. I wonder why that is.

I actually love Cathy... which is who I'm going to marry. I'm a girl, but would rather play as a boy, considering the other bachlores look like girls. But, anyhoo, I like Cathy's cloths, they seem... realistic and tomboy-ish.

I do love Cathy but I don't think I would marry her in the game because it would destroy my girl/girl fantasies. >______> I like Sheila too, but it's still up in the air whether I would marry her or not. I would still most likely marry Roomi, Kotomi, and Mai if/when I play as a boy.

I find some of these statistics are funny now, considering a lot of people had a turn around and married people or liked people they never liked. I like Sheila now, even though I hated her before. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) A lot of people said they wouldn't marry Ose either nor Anise, yet they are now some of the most popular in the married category.

Okay, I shall explain why I dislike them. And yes it is mainly because of their clothing. Though I'd probably dislike Sheila either way, as she looks rather conceited. But that's beside the point. The way a person dresses says a lot about them, like how Kotomi wears very modest clothing and it's easy to see that she's a shy person, if she were wearing something like Cathy then the shy girl image just doesn't work anymore. So judging a virtual character based on what they're wearing is actually pretty reasonable.
Now to be perfectly honest revealing clothing just really annoys me, I don't want to see that much skin! It even annoys me when guys take off their shirts, because I think that everyone, and I seriously mean EVERYONE looks better when they're nicely covered. That may just be my opinion though.
