Starry Night - Where´s Juris? Options

I was invited to the Starry Night festival on Winter 24th and I read something about
8 p.m. - but I can´t finde Juris anywhere and the door to his house is locked. Where
do I have to go? Or will he come to my farmhouse?

Please help me, I´m quite desperate about this.... I don´t want Juris heart-rate to go down
for not showing up on Starry Night.
