Okay, so I made the rainbow, found out I can't cross it because Ben lost the badge, and now I'm fishing around the first Gull Island trying to find it. But I can't. Any tips?

Have you completed Collin's Rainbow, yet?

The badge should be on the shore of the East Gull Island, the one that Collin's rainbow leads to.

You must go to Dagabar system... Errr.... You have to cross Daren's Rainbow Bridge and complete Collin's Rainbow Recipe.
